well, let me start by saying that this wasn’t the kind of insurance we needed, but I had to give them five stars anyway, just based on the customer service. The person who answered was very nice and friendly and the sales person was so nice and articulate too and took the time to explain things to me, even though he knew it wasn’t really what I needed. I wish we DID need that kind of insurance (for vehicles mainly — say if you were taking people on a wine tour, for instance). So anyway, first impressions are lasting impressions! :)
