Love this store. Staff are friendly and very helpful! The manager Melissa is a doll and is always ready to give a hand. Ladies make sure you keep up with your lingerie, your man definitely appreciates it.

Just want to write a review about this Victoria Secret location because the staff was so helpful! Since I’m a guy it’s a bit weird walking in. Anyway instead of walking around I decided to approach the first employee so I can be in and out (no pun intended) anyway the first person I ran into was Melissa (believe she was the manager). She was so helpful and I was done in 10 minutes. The store is clean and well organized. Thank you Melissa for the help

Great sale today but the workers need to greet and help customers out. The employees just passed by me without asking me if I needed help. Plus I was the only customer in the store since it was closing time. Luckily I found what I needed and got out of the store ASAP. Not a happy shopper…

I always pass this Victoria’s Secret and finally decided to go in this past Sunday. I had a few returns and was in the area. I was a little hesitant because I know how retail stores can be without a receipt but I figured I’d give it a shot. Was so glad that I did because I couldn’t believe how accommodating and friendly the customer service was. I mean really, over the top. The store doesn’t sell bathing suits but there is a decent selection of PINK clothing as well as lingerie and body lotions, sprays, makeup, etc. I will definitely be back.

I go to this location mainly for the employees who work here.
They are so helpful and literally know everything about sizing, product line and materials, etc.
This isn’t a really huge location, which is nice because it’s pretty quiet here on a regular basis.
Cons to that point is that they don’t carry as much as the merchandise as would be carried in their location at Roosevelt Field Mall. But I mean, i don’t see a problem with that.
In comment to Lisa P.‘s review I don’t feel that it’s as bad as you make it seem in regard to not having basic line/​popular items. I do see that your review was almost three years ago, things have changed for the better since then!

I would put myself in the category of frequent VS shopper. I never miss a semi annual sale and have an Angels Card.
What I don’t like is the fact that this store seems to have less of a selection than a mall Victoria’s Secret. Why? A few weeks ago I had to come back several times for an item which seems like it would be basic and all they could tell me is that it’s «popular.» They told me to come back the next week and it was still out of stock. I went to the mall and found it without a problem. If I get a coupon for a free limited edition item it’s usually gone in a few days while the mall has it.
Anyway I would give it a lower rating but the people who work there are usually very helpful.
