Craving some bbq while in Plainview on business and one of the locals told me about the place.
Its a small place for take out only, and as the name of the business says its only open fri, sat and sun.
The smokers are out front and you get hit right in the ol factorys when you get out the car with a great smoked bbq smell.
Tried the sliced brisket on fri and it melted in my mouth. Nice bbq ring, tender and juicy… Better get a towel, napkins wont work, lol.
Went back on sat and it was just as consistent. Too bad they are not in Houston and Dallas cause the line would go on forever!
