Executive Press

I stumbled upon Executive Press accidentally. I needed to Fedex a package and called around to the full service locations in the area. The owner was very helpful and provided me with all of options available. Once I got there I was in and out in a few minutes. The staff were just as nice in person and I discovered a nice local print shop for future use.

Always greeted with a smile and helped quickly by the friendly staff here. This is a great small business, I won’t go elsewhere for my fed ex needs.

Just used Robert to print my wedding invitations! He was quick to respond to emails, give honest advice, and was easy to work with. The turn around was quick and i LOVE LOVE LOVE the final product! Will definitely use again for future projects :)

I’ve been going to executive press for years to pack and ship out items I sell on eBay and for a few other printing needs. The owner Rob goes above and beyond and is the true definition of how proper customer service should be. The employees that work there are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well. I would never go anywhere else to ship. They are the best!

Unfortunately, I can’t agree with the other review.
In October a third party took an item to Robert to pack and ship. Even though the packing was great, there was a small damage.
I am a fed-​ex shipper also, and tried to submit the claim but was rejected as I was not the shipper of this package.
I sent Robert the whole claim to submit by fax in November. He didn’t have to do much of anything, yet it is now the end of January and I still have not received my 65.80 that I was asking for. Robert has assured me that fed ex was slow (not true, they pay my claims in less than 2 weeks), and He was going to pay himself (he hasn’t, after 3 follow up emails never answered).
If he submitted the claim properly, he would have been refunded more than what I asked for, no hit to him. I guess since I’m in California, I can’t do anything except vent on Unilocal.Next step is to complain to Fed-​Ex.
