Kohl’s

I enjoy a nice trip to Kohl’s from time to time… especially with my 30% off coupon and Kohl’s cash in tow. They have a nice selection of pretty much everything… but once in a while I find it to be hit or miss. For kids clothes it really can’t be beat though… I always find something to buy. If you need to return something it is always fast and easy and customer service is always pretty friendly. There are some negatives: holiday lines are a disaster… you could easily wait in line for 20 minutes to a half hour. Online shopping can be fun, fast and easy. but I recently ordered a very cute Minnie mouse outfit for my daughter only to be sent the wrong outfit in the wrong color… and when I went online to see if what I originally ordered was still in stock, it was out my daughters size. So I am not a happy camper today with their online ordering. I will be back to this store soon to return the wrong order I received (another perk, you can return things ordered online to any store) and see if I can find something nice for my daughter in its place.

Kohl’s is one of my favorite stores. I find some great deals and the people who work there have always been super nice and very helpful.

Great store. But your store hours are incorrect. It opens at 9 not 8. But other than that great deals and pretty easy to shop at.

I actually have better success with this location over the canton one.
They have more selection even though it’s not kept as clean and tidy.
The people here are very nice and never encountered a bad attitude from the staff.
This is my go to for dress cloths.

I’ve only started shopping here recently. The deals are pretty good, but I am constantly asking myself how much I actually save when everything is always on sale.
The location of this store is great. Never a problem with parking or anything. The store is clean and the staff are friendly.

Hint: Make a wedding registry online (I am engaged) and add items and they e-​mail you a $ 25 credit to use at the store.
Bad — The store clerk will think its fake and call the manager over to make sure its legit. She said to me that she had to make sure it was a real coupon because she never saw it before. Then the person tried to tell me I could only use it on registry items when it didn’t say that at all. I told her I got it FOR making a registry… why would I buy items off my own registry?
The shoe department here was a mess and there was barely anything I wanted in my size. I do love the Vera Wang stuff here though. Found a particular kind of bra I was looking for, for a special occasion dress. Never had anything like the situation I mentioned above happen at another Kohl’s store before. Yes the stuff is cheap here but that’s what I’m going for when I shop at Kohl’s cheap stuff to just build my wardrobe. Sometimes you do find something awesome Vera Wang Sam Edelman knock offs with the spikes! Yay (except my feet were too fat for them). I also have a beautiful maxi dress from Kohl’s that was only 20 bucks.

Stopped by a few times to get «gifts». I can’t say I left with anything because frankly the stuff here is just a grade above Walmart.
Prices weren’t amazing.
The only item I ever got from here was a swim /​beach wrap. I got it for a bargain. I hate their pricing, they have their specials but you have to be a Kohl’s cardholder. Very annoying.
