I got a facial here and the experience was kind of strange. The room was dark the whole time, so I don’t know how the esthetician could have assessed my skincare needs without actually seeing my skin. Every product she put on my face was room temp, no warm water or anything to open the pores. There was no steaming treatment or extractions. My appointment was at 4:30, but they didn’t take me into the room until 4:45 and I was back in my car by 5:15, although I was charged the rate for a 50 minute facial. So I basically paid someone $ 75 to rub a fruit smoothie on my face for 30 minutes. Since then I’ve gotten facials at other spas and seen better results, plus sometimes you get a nice shoulder massage, personalized skincare tips, or steam treatment that makes your skin feel so moisturized and fresh… But I didn’t get any of that from Nature’s Spa. Disappointing.

I’ve been going to nature’s spa for a few years now. The staff is great! I do massages and body scrubs on a frequent basis and I think this salon is top notch. Kristen is an amazing masseuse. I recently developed sciatica and she knew exactly what needed to be done to fix the issue. I would recommend this spa to anyone! They also offer discounts to some employers in the area. Great place and great people!

Had a great full body scrub (massage included) and my skin felt amazing afterwards.
On a different day I got a facial and my face feels wonderful.
Will be back for both services!
I subtracted a star because the rooms are a little chilly and there is a lot of constant noise in the reception area. One day I went there, they may have been having maintenance work done because all I could hear the entire time was a man’s booming voice. Maybe make that area a quiet area?
Otherwise it’s great! Great prices, really friendly people!

As with another customer review, I have to say Stephanie is phenomenal! She is always in a great mood and it’s infectious! You can’t possibly be in a bad mood when you leave there. In addition to waxing, I have gone there for facials and massages. I recommend Nature’s Spa to someone who’s looking to try something new!

I can really only speak to my waxer Stephanie, she is outstanding. She makes me feel comfortable and relaxed as a brazillian is not exactly easy on either party. But great easy conversation almost makes you forget as a woman you are torturing yourself lol. I highly recommend NaturesSpa!

My wife and daughter have been going here for years, until now. My wife was charged the full $ 80 for a missed massage… my dentist charges $ 35. My wife called and the girl on the phone told her «no exceptions». A shame to lose two loyal and regular customers for life for a meager $ 80.

Nature’s spa is a beautiful place, with friendly staff and reasonable pricing. I’ve gone there twice — once for a mother/​daughter pedicure day, and once to have my eyebrows waxed. It’s very clean and bright.
The pedicures end with a rose to take home :)
Nature’s Spa has also been involved in the Relay For Life of Plainville in the past, raising and donating many dollars to the American Cancer Society. I am thankful for their contribution to a worthy cause!
