I walked into this place not knowing much and just after I’d been to another shop that kind of turned me off from vaping and were very condescending. I don’t remember the girls name (she had long dark hair) but she was awesome! As a girl who haven’t really started vaping yet but was very interested I was intimidated and she me feel super comfortable. She showed me product and recommended a vape and a tank I would like… although I didn’t buy that day she wrote everything down for me and I’m going back there to purchase!!! The inside was very chill and was almost more of a lounge with menus and chairs. It was really comfortable and cool.

The staff is knowledgeable and the atmosphere is very laid back. If you’re interested in vaping, talk to these people. They’ll hook you up!

Update, Oh no! They got rid of the card-​punch rewards program! It’s been replaced by a new program where you get 1 point for each dollar spent. 50 gets you a free coil, 125 gets you 15 ml juice, 250 gets you 30 ml juice. It’s not as beneficial as the previous reward system, but they have a new juice that blew me away — pumpkin pie, by rear diff.

That was a legitimate review at that point in time. A month or so ago I was told that you guys made some major changes to staff and the products that you carried. I’ve been there a couple of times since and I would say that vapor venue in now one of the better vape shops in the area. Products and service is now very good.
If you are the owner that comment was tasteless. You know that major changes were made. Be proud of that. Don’t accuse customers of lying, not very classy. Neither was trying to pawn off a «2609mah» that doesn’t last as my lg he2s as at least on par with a vtc5. Although, I should have known better with that one.

I see that there are a few idiots bashing this shop but the guys at vaper venue are friendly, knowledgeable and seriously its a nice shop to chill at. Randall, Eugene, Jimmy , and mike are great kevin not so much lol just kidding. They have a great selection of juices and the prices are completely in lines of everywhere else for premium juice. My only complaint is they are 45 minutes away.

Very informative staff, décor is modern and inviting. Your able to try sample’s, be aware though staff has to hand select each sample you want to try so if time is a issue plan accordingly. Would be nice if they had a pick your own flavor system so you don’t have to feel pressured asking to try the first flavor again! Haha. Customer loyalty program in the works.

Where do I start. I was recently visiting from out of state and I stopped in to pick up some stuff I needed and wanted to check these guys out an it definitely was NOT a mistake these guys are very friendly and very knowledgeable. I’m glad I stopped by. They took care of me an the people I was visiting. Do your self a favor an stop in to this shop and get what you need I stopped at just about every store in that state an non of the other stores compare to these guys they have good prices an great Eliquid it’s good that they don’t cary all the crap East coast eliquid an cary all the good West coast eliquid. I will definitely be back keep it up guys you are Awsome

Go back to the west coast ! It’s really shocking to me that a vape shop that has multiple locations in California decided to open up a shop in plainville ! The store is mostly baron. They have all these flashy cases with very little product. They don’t make their own eliquid on site, rather get it shipped from some factory God knows where ! I was really shocked to find that they don’t card anyone, so pretty much anyone can walk in from off the street and buy from them. Eliquid prices borderline on insanity ! $ 12 and up for a 15ml bottle, and their stock is lackluster at best ! Do yourself a favor and support a real vape shop like esix vapors in branford !
