Let me start this review with the following insight that I have gained from the process of returning a defective item. As of today, BBB will accept a return without a receipt but that will no longer be allowed starting on April 20, 2015. The company is of the opinion people are returning items and making 20% in getting a full refund even though they used a more than rediably available coupon. This is not one of the bigger stores in the area as it doesn’t have a Harmon beauty store section within it. It also doesn’t have a Shark Tank product section containing tons of successful items from the hit ABC Show. I find the people that work in this store to be very hot or cold depending on the day. They are very good at using their walkie talkies to pass the buck to another associate instead of personally helping a customer. Today the upsale for microfiber clothes at the front registers was a way to help with«spring cleaning» appeared to be annoy more customers than generate a sale. The store is willing and helpful to place an order from the website for free shipping to your house. In my case the incorrect item arrived and the store was willing to help reorder the item but they were less than apologetic about my waste of time. In closing, most of the items in this store can be ordered through Amazon and even with the 20% or $ 5 off $ 15 purchase coupon it is cheaper on Amazon than at BBB. The store is convenient but not a necessary one in my humble opinion.

As a rule, I pretty much like this store. We used it for our registry and we have picked up some quality things here for bed, bath, and beyond(haha). They usually have a coupon you can get in the mail but don’t forget it at home because they will not give a discount without it, even if you ask. The main problem I have here is that some of the employees don’t know their product. I was looking for a pizza stone. I saw about 5 different one online on their website, so I decided to go pick one up. The employee– i think her name was megan– was not helpful at all. I asked«do you have pizza stones» and she said«no we don’t carry items made of stone here.» I had to explain to her that a pizza stone wasn’t actually made of stone, but a ceramic type of material– it’s just the name for it. She just kinda brushed us off and showed us the metal pizza pans and said that’s all they had. She didn’t even help us. ugh– i saw 5 kinds online. I just ended up leaving.
