Today I went in the smokeless serpent and some bald guy with a goatee behind the counter had 2 young kids locked in the back room trying to get out and get there fathers attention. he seemed to not give a shit that these kids wanted out of this small room and basically ignored there cries to get out of this locked prison of a room he felt was the right place to keep his children for 8 hours while he worked I will never go back in there after seeing this awful situation and how this man acted towards them.

Smokeless Serpent saved my life. They have incredible customer service, knowledge, and will go out of their way to make sure you are getting exactly what you need. Even though this store is almost an hour away from where I live, this store will always be my favorite vape shop to visit and purchase from. The owner is a huge supporter of the vape community, is focused on helping people quit smoking, and is always there for their customers. Danielle and Jay are great people with a wonderful business. They care about their customers as well as the community. They hold events that benefit the local food pantry and other charities. If you need it, they have it. It’s a hometown vape shop and if you want personalized service, great conversation, and an excellent vape, try smokeless.

I’ve been vaping for almost 3 years now. I’ve tried all flavors, vapes, etc. I am a huge fan of the Coffee/Mocha combo. I’m also very specific of my vg/pg ratio. I saw their page on FB because I was running low and needed juice asap. While they didn’t have my flavor on their list, they mixed it up for me upon arrival to my specifications. while I was there, I tried some of their flavors and really liked the Chai Tea. Service was excellent. Not an extravagant store, but lower overhead means lower costs to the consumer, so I was thrilled with the price and the service.
