This negative review now replaces my previous good review… Why? They ran off the previous manager and now have Greta the HUN running the place. Her primary personality trait seems to be to be rude and uncaring to customers. Remember, this is a 7 – 11 store… but it had magically morphed into a really cool wine shop in Plano that also happened to sell gas… Now, it’s morphed back to just another danged 7 – 11 store that sells gas and happens to have lots of bottles of wine. Do they care if you buy it? Yeah, but they don’t care WHAT you buy. In fact, they don’t really know one end of the bottle from the other. The counter help is nice, but they’re clearly just doing the time-card thing and trying to stay out of the way of their Godzilla manager. So, the previous review(below) now is no longer applicable. Find your wine somewhere else than here. GREATWINESELECTIONATGREAT, LOWPRICES! The owner’s name is Shawn and he’s a REALLY friendly, on-site manager who knows his wines, maintains a great selection, has prices lower than Target and Walmart and often runs specials even lower.
