Just completed a roof repair for me. Charles was very timely and professional and quoted a fair price. Will definitely use them again.

Whoever works for this company driving a blue tundra today at about 4:30 pM that cut across 2 lanes to take dallas north toll way from 635 caused me to stop short and get rear ended. thanks for being a true idiot… and a pitiful excuse for a driver… i hope you do t represent the company very often… or you should take the magnet off the door and watch the huge extension ladder in the back… thanks

Project Manager Jake came out and added a powered exhaust fan to my roof. He identified the roof as having poor ventilation and showed me the photographic evidence. He was courteous and timely in his install. We can tell the difference in the attic temperature already. I hope to realize enough savings this summer to more that cover the cost of the install. I’d use Jake and Absolute again.

Jacob with Absolute Construction installed an attic fan in our home this past weekend and did an outstanding job. He was polite, professional, and skilled. He even followed up the next day to make sure everything was functioning properly and to ask if we had any questions. I cannot say enough great things about the work, detail, follow-​up and affordable pricing they offer. I highly recommend Absolute Construction for all your roofing needs. We will definitely be consulting them when the time comes to replace our roof.

If possible… I would give it ZERO stars. Three weeks since I last was able to make contact with my mothers project manager@Absolute-Kate, 06÷16÷14 to be exact. Said she would call my mother that same week to schedule finishing up work related to roof damage from three months ago, ⁰⁴⁄₂₀₁₄. Numerous calls to her/​voicemails with no returned call. Entire insurance check handed over (biggest mistake ever) roof was eventually completed although there were damages (from roofers) to AC system from nails in AC vent and flat tires from nails after team swore they would triple sweep the area with magnets. No reimbursement as of yet from those damages. Payment given for work NOT complete, bad business! Project manager said, and I quote, «Your mothers house and the rest of the work that needs to be done, is not on our priority list, it’s nothing that needs to be fixed right now. She has a free roof now…» I’ll just stop with that. There seems to be no way of contacting her as she is very unprofessional and does not return calls nor follows up with customers. Reaching out to a supervisor/manager.Next legal. Then BBB.
