What a disappointment! I met Nick and liked him right away, but he never followed through. He was responsive when he estimated that the job would cost over $ 2000, but after consulting with my trusted ac repair guy (who talked to Nick directly), it was determined that I only needed to have certain vents cleaned and not my whole system. Nick agreed in writing to do the work, which now was only going to cost about $ 400, but he stopped communicating altogether. Now I have to start my search all over again.

Nick (the technician) went above and beyond at every turn. Over the two days he worked on my mom’s house he became more than the «mold guy;» he literally became a friend, taking genuine interest in me and my situation. I’ve never experienced anything like the service he provided. Heck, I’ve never even heard of that level of service and care from a mold technician. I cannot recommend Nick highly enough and – by extension – AdvantaClean.
