Im always greeted when i walk in and there clothes are really nice and way better quality then forever 21.

It´s like a group of teenagers come together and try to run a store in the most unprofessional way possible. Love the clothes but do not expect them to care for anyone but themselves.

A friend and I stopped in here the other day and loved the shoe section. They have really cute and reasonable shoes! The clothing section however wasn’t that amazing. It was all tiny and although there was a lot there we found nothing that fit her correctly and they don’t have plus size at all. Unless you consider a size 5 a plus size.

Trendy and on sale is how I like my skimpy clothes! I wouldn’t purchase online. You really need to go in and try stuff on because they somehow make their product look high end in pictures but a lot of it’s pretty cheaply made in real life. I believe that trendy stuff should be inexpensive because it’s trendy so that means it’s going out of style soon anyway! Still, I need it to hold up to at least 1 or 2 washes and I don’t want it to look like I made it myself in home ec. class.
If you’re going to shop online, the store is going to frustrate you! First of all, according to the sales clerk, many of the things they sell online are not sold in the store. Second, I found no real organization; there was no pattern I could figure out! Clothes were stuffed onto the racks so I had to put my back into it and push clothes out of my way to see the next item on the rack. The hangers are cheap though so you have to be careful not to break those! If they didn’t have such cute stuff for me to discover, I would not have put up with the disorganization or the crowded racks.
I also like that their large fits me. I’m not as tiny as I once was so I respect their large. I also like their fitting rooms. It’s not that they’re fancy. It’s that they’re pretty and have clean floors along with thick curtain doors. Other stores like this one usually skimp on the fitting rooms, too. They didn’t go all out, but I didn’t mind taking off my shoes and socks in there.
It took A WHILE for anyone to speak to me. They were busy having their own fun at the counter. After they finally greeted me; however, the attention was steady and right on time.
The store also has a small shoe section off to the side that looks like a boutique. It has a pretty glass wall to separate it from the store and a separate checkout counter. Next to that, they have the jewelry set apart in a similar showcase manner.
Overall, I enjoyed this shopping experience and I don’t enjoy shopping. I only wish there was more organization! Oh, I also wish it was a stand alone location and not in a mall (Willow Bend).

Went here today during my lunch break to see if they had a dress that my mom bought at the grapevine location. My mom frequents that location and always raves about how friendly and helpful the associates are. I walked up to the desk to ask the associate, who was older and who I assume to be the manager. I described the item I was looking for and before I could even finish, she abruptly asked me if I saw it online, or if I knew the style number because they «probably didn’t have it» she knew all of this without leaving the counter or even looking on the computer. When I did find something I liked, all the ones in my size were missing a button. When I went to purchase the item, I asked if she would take a percentage off since all the items in my size were damaged and she said «I mean I guess, but it will be final sale and you can’t return it». Everything about her, and the aura she created in the store made me want to run out. The clothes are cute and trendy but I wouldn’t be surprised if this store went out of business because of the rude staff.

I’ve shopped here a few times, as well the Grapevine location and online.
I had every intention to purchase a few things, especially their tanks, which I Love. But after walking around the entire store looking at the new items, I realized no one had spoken to me — even when I was the only person in the shoe area and the associate came right over there and attempted to not look in my direction, so I purposely walked close by her and she still didn’t acknowledge me… meanwhile the items I was going to purchase are still on the counter where I left them. this place doesn’t deserve my money!

This store has trendy clothes. They offer a variety of clothes in several colors. They are reasonably priced. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were greeted when we arrived.
