Been going to this clinic for over 3 years I pay cash since I don’t have insurance, every visit I pay upfront which suppose to be $ 75.00 after the cash discount and every time I receive a small bill for a balance owed, according to them it’s the code the doctor use after the visit. Last month I went for a physical and lab test and I was charged 88.00 dollars upfront and after I finished my lab they charged another $ 110.00 for the lab this is what the lady at the front desk told me, then last week I received 2 bills one for 14.00 owed to them and another for 233.00 owed to the lab, so when I went to the clinic to see what’s going on they told me that my payment was registered for $ 60.00 and that the 110 as for the physical no that I still have to pay lab works for $ 233.00 and that’s was not what they towed me when my appointment. Honestly I got mad and threw the paper work on the floor and left vowing to never go no never recommend this theft clinic again.

Beware of tests and unfair business practices when it comes to billing. I needed a new primary care physician because my doctor was relocating. I was referred to Dr. Ahmed. I should have been wary when in my first appointment he ordered tests that I already had with my previous Dr. He advised his office needed a baseline. I advised I didn’t want to have any tests where I would owe a ton of money. I was advised they would check with my insurance and call me with the amount I owe. I started with the heart echo as my first test. I was told I would owe $ 45. This morning when I went in I was told I have a balance of $ 311 owed from that test. I immediately paid it and canceled all future appointments. This doctors office will lie to you for the billing. Make sure you verify all tests with your insurance company yourself. My test was over $ 800. My portion of the bill was $ 311. Oh and by the way. Their staff will just smile and say they hope your day gets better. They don’t care.

I have not been happy with this office since first going here three plus years ago. Today’s visit was the last. After arriving at 8:15 for an 8:20 am appt with Dr. Anthony, I was told that the appt had been cancelled but they would try to «fit me in». My appt. was never cancelled. After about an hour and a half, I was called in for another long wait in the examining room. All I wanted were the results of my labs which were done over a week ago. I ended up leaving with no problems with the labs — which could have been reported over the telephone. Oh, by the way, I was told I needed an EKG when I had just visited my Cardiologist yesterday for an Echocardiogram. Who’s the specialist here? Do you think they might have needed to perform some service to be paid by Medicare? When I left the office(11 o’clock) and got to the parking lot, I had a voice message from the office wanting to apologize and reschedule the cancelled appt. HUH?

My husband started seeing Dr. Anthony a few years ago and not long after my son hurt himself while playing sports. I called to see if they would see him and Dr. Minnigutti said he would. He was so great that I added myself and both of my daughters to the list of new patients. He was the best doctor I have ever had. Unfortunately they stopped accepting the kids(military) insurance which was really disappointing. Since I usually like to go to the same place as the kids(who are older teens) I haven’t been back but would absolutely recommend this office for anyone searching for a top notch doctor.

I had to find a new doctor since mine took a permanent leave of absence. After doing some research, I tried and was very pleased with AIM for WELLNESS. They are pro-active and very thorough. They ordered tests for me that my other doctor hadn’t mentioned and results might stop the advancement of several problems. I saw Dr. Paul Anthony who was friendly with a bit of humor and very knowledgeable. He gave me advice about several aspects of my life after listening to me and actually«hearing» me. Although he probably was very busy he didn’t act rushed like he couldn’t wait to get to the next patient. The staff was very nice and informative. Be aware when you sign in, the flowers are their pens. Cute!
