After a good shopping experience at this location I was most pleased. Then I remembered I had a prescription that need to be filled. Wen to the pharmacy and presented my prescription and ask if I could have to price on getting the prescription. I advised I had insurance but before filling I would like to know what the cost would be. I was told that I could not get a price UNLESS i filled the prescription. I then ask if I could get the price without the instance coverage and was once again told I could not. I ask what if the cost of $ 150 when you fill it and I don’t want to pay that. Then the pharmacist chimed in and said I could gets refund. I guess I am just a total idiot in wanting know how much something cost before I purchase a product. There was no changing these two employees’ minds as I was not going to get a price on the cost. Went down the street and Sams filled the prescription for $ 1.81. Now what is so hard to feel a custom an approximate price?

I shop at this Albertson’s whenever I’m in Plano. The store is a bit older but it is normally very clean and well kept. The associates are generally nice but it is sometimes hard to find someone to help you locate something specific. There could be better team work… they all seem to be indifferent(sometimes irritated) towards each other. I can’t ever remember seeing a manager walking around as with most other grocery stores, but that may just be because I’m usually on a mission when I shop. The produce dept is always beautiful and appetizing. The shelves are always full with fresh product… I don’t think I’ve ever seen icky produce at this store. The bread is facing the fruits and veggies in case you’re looking for it. Strange. The layout of the store is a bit odd for me but I guess it made sense to someone! The parking lot has TONS of space!
