All Texas Process Servers

If I could leave 0 stars I would. They are part of a scam company and only look out for themselves! Run away from them. They are not helpful at all received a call from a Joe, stating that I was going to be served paperwork, but they did not want to send someone in blind they wanted to meet me. I live in a nice neighborhood not the ghetto. When I called the company back the guy I spoke to told me a Joe did not work there and when I started asking questions he called me an asshole.

I contacted All Texas about 24 hours ago. I called and spoke to Kyle, who was incredibly respectful and helpful. I live in California and needed to serve someone in Texas some papers. Imagine how stressed I was on two hours of sleep, spending all day in family and civil court buildings, and injured only to be told, «Sorry, we can’t serve this person because they are in a different state. You have to do that.» REALLY? I was not a happy camper. Thankfully, Kyle let me know what he needed me to do in order to take care of things. He was very responsive to my emails, getting back to me via email or phone call within an hour! Payment was simple. I was emailed an invoice and paid through PayPal, which I love PayPal so the familiarity of using an internet pay site that I am familiar with and trust was amazing. I was so worried about how to pay while protecting my information. I received confirmation emails for everything from receipt of my scans, receipt of payment, and even when my person was served. And let me tell you what a relief it was to see that she was served a mere 16 hours after I first contacted Kyle. When I expressed to Kyle that filing my proof of service would be difficult as I am working, he quickly assured me that he could file it for me by mail and send me a copy as well. PHEW!
All in all, All Texas is wonderful. They are affordable, have rapid service, and are genuine. I hope to never find myself in this position again, but if I do I know I can count on All Texas.
