Very professional, explained all work prior to beginning. Came on time and completed all work to exceed expectations. Highly recommend! Refrigerator was not cooling and potential lost of produce, price was more than competitive and they meet our quick timeframe.

This company contacted me in reply to my inquiry. Rachel contacted me first, and then Fernando called me later the same day. He came out within 24 hours of my first contact with them. They were both very professional, and their follow through was excellent. He called before he came over (as requested,) and was here within the two hour window he said he would arrive. He evaluated the problem with my front loading washer, fixed it quickly, and was thorough in his explanations of what was going on. A less honest individual could have easily recommend I buy the new part in question (which I did not need.) He would have made more money that way, but by treating me honestly he has a customer for life. I highly endorse Fernando and his company Appliance Rescue. Integrity and honesty go a long way with me, and these folks have both in abundance.

Extremely professional office person and great repairmen… I emailed on a Friday, Rachel got right back to me — she called Sunday to schedule for Monday. The repairmen that showed up were very nice and able to figure out the problem quickly, a day later (due to ordering a part) they were back and finished the job. I wish every business could be as courteous, prompt, and professional as this one!
