The customer service at this place is disappointing. The other reviewers are not lying when they say the employees there do not smile or greet customers. I was there recently to look at a dress for a fancy party. Whoever the guy behind the counter is should be fired. He’s a horrible representation of the company and was being EXTREMELYRUDE, even when I was being polite when asking about a price for one of their dresses. I think he thought I was poor or something and he just gave me the dirtiest look. I get it, it’s holiday season and you’re probably hating life at this point but if you’re in sales and customer service, why not actually try to sell something and offer good customer service then!!! I will not be going here any longer. Stonebriar has better service.

Ok, the staff are not so great at this location. Would it hurt to smile, or simply not be rude? Despite the fact that they need to work on their customer service, I still can’t help but love Bebe! The clothes are beautiful, and I can’t possibly give less than 4 stars. Keep designing great clothes :)

Walked in on a Thursday afternoon looking for a dress. 3 employees on the clock. No greetings or did they offer any customer service. All 3 employees, one of them was the manager stood behind the register chatting away about what time they are getting off work. I was walking out the door they were still chatting away. Guess ill take my money somewhere else with better customer service.
