DONT DO IT! I’ve never been so scammed in a move out. Ever. We got nickel and dimed. Our $ 700 deposit was drained and we took good care of our unit! Beware your unit looks NOTHING like the model. Now, while we lived there we didn’t experience many problems other than the electric which I’ll mention later. Don’t trust them to find your packages either. The gates were constantly open because they were «updating». I didn’t know updating took three months in 2015. Evidently (and they won’t tell you until you move out) every three years whomever the lucky tenant is gets to cover a full repaint! It’s also interesting I never once saw a carpet truck or carpet being taken out anywhere– but they said the carpet was only two years old when we moved in and completely matted, full of dirt, and hair and bare in places. You’ll also enjoy how they paint– we had 14 inch hairs painted into our baseboards, walls, and trim. It’s pretty gross when your wall need a bushtrim. Look forward to a $ 300 electric bill even when you turn everything off and go on vacation for three weeks out of the month. Also– there is no insulation so your HVAC never cuts off. I think you’d be better of trying to board your furry friends the duration of your lease. Also they said we stole a refrigerator drawer? I’m not sure why ANYONE would steal a drawer from a fridge but according to our bill they cost $ 65 to replace. Don’t do it. If this place was trying to help the housing market, kudos. We will never rent again. Expect to speak to someone different each time you deal with the office.

Do not rent from this place!!! My roommate and I have had issues with the management and property since day one literally. The old property manager approved our apartment for move-​in even though there was RUST in our microwave, broken/​dirty blinds, dirty windows, spider webs, and our carpet was coming up off the floor in some spots. We had noise issues with the people living above us and complained for FOUR months and they are just now moving them out. THEN today they turned off the water to the apartment above us causing a pipe to burst in the wall and water flooded half of our apartment. They did NOT help me move any of my stuff out of my room, they refuse to replace our carpet, and they are refusing to compensate us in any way. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!

Nice place to live enjoyed the time there. However, future tenants beware of the low security deposit fee bribe. They offer a low deposit, but stick it to you when you move out!
Mine was $ 150, and when i moved out they charged me nearly $ 190 for a (full clean, and to repaint %75 of the apartment) keeping in mind, the apartment was clean upon my moveout and the paint was in the same condition that it was when i moved in. By the time you add in the delayed billing for water, I ended up having to pay them over $ 100 after my move. Good deal? Hardly!
Other than that, it’s a reasonable place to live.
