Found a gem of a store! Wonderful customer service & beautiful clothes, shoes & accessories! Happy new customer!!!

I don’t know if all Bevello stores are overpriced, but this one sure is! Customer service isn’t that good either. I went in last night with a friend; they had an event going on so we decided to browse. I found one nice thing that I wanted and everything was 20% off. The piece I bought ended up being $ 50 before the discount, so I decided to go for it after having to wait a little too long for the whole process.
First of all, when I went in I saw a French Connection dress that I own and had bought from Nordstrom. I bought it for about $ 100. I know it was somewhere between 100 – 110 dollars and I’ll mention that it was not on sale. This store– exact same dress, same designer and everything was $ 168!!! What a huge markup compared to Nordstrom and the French Connection website even. I didn’t get the best vibes from the staff either. There was one helpful woman but that’s it, and they had a lot of people working that night since there was a fashion show event. They were offering almost everyone champagne and hors d’œuvre but neither I nor my friend were offered anything. We were in our workout clothes so not sure if that had something to do with it, but it felt as if they did not expect us to shop. When it came time to checkout. The kimono I wanted had no price tag on it, I just needed a price check to make sure it was not overpriced. I was waiting in line and apparently was on the wrong side of the line. There were 2 women that worked there standing right behind me chatting and did not even mention that I was not in line. 2 people got in front of me in the meantime. I was just trying to get a price check and ended up delaying my time in there since these girls did not have the courtesy to tell me I was on the wrong side of the line. Once I got up to the register and found out the price I decided to go ahead and get it, but overall I was not impressed with this particular Bevello store. Cute stuff but most of it isn’t worth it.

Great selection of most up to date clothes from different lines… Catch a sale it will make you feel better!
