Took my noise canceling headphones in here when they stopped working. Whereas their counterparts at Northpark had shrugged their shoulders and tried to sell me a new pair, the guys in this branch took a look at them and diagnosed the problem as a faulty cable(which they replaced for no charge.) Guess which branch I’ll be going to next time I want a new Bose product?

First thing first, you can buy Bose anywhere. The point of going into a specialty store for me is to get the experience of the product and knowledgeable staff to help answer my questions. You will NOT find that here. My boyfriend and I are in the market for a new speaker system with Bluetooth, and as we both have noise canceling earbuds from Bose(which are fantastic) we thought to go with Bose again. When we first entered the store I noticed everything was laid out nicely and there was a flow to the store. There were two men working, but we were not greeted until we started touching the speakers to test the sound. One man asked if he could help. I said we were looking for a speaker. He must have taken that as a «I’m just looking» because he walked off and started fiddling with a display. He made so much noise it drowned out the music we were testing on the speaker, and was still messing with it when we left! Left to ourselves we picked out a middle level speaker(the Bose mini for about $ 200). I then went to the other man, who said they were sold out and he tried to sell us a lower model which didn’t fit the needs we told him about. We left knowing we would have to buy our new speaker elsewhere. Overall this was a very disappointing experience in the Bose store. They still have great products, I’m just not going to purchase it here.

This is a relatively new location of the Bose Store at the Shops at Willow Bend in Plano. The customer service at this location has really impressed me. I was at the store to take advantage of their trade-up program. I had an old Sound Dock Speaker which was not working and used it as a trade to update to a Soundlink III Bluetooth Speaker. I received $ 140.00 off of the new price with a trade-in. I think it was a great deal given that the new Soundlink III goes for $ 300.00. The Bose employees at this location provided excellent customer service and the entire transaction, including the exchange, took less than 15 minutes. The experience was pleasant. I recommend this location for anyone who is interested in buying Bose products.
