Meh… the chicken seemed to be missing something this time around. I have never been to this particular location but it seemed as though they didn’t use any seasoning at all. The service was fine and the lobby was clean. A little expensive for what we got.

Boston market is trying to change directions real plates and silverware staff that follows you to your seat with your plate not sure what the point of that is but I applaud their effects but it looks like they have a long way to go. Chicken was dry over cooked fish was dry and hard«taste like a table» my mother in law said. Swapped out the fish for chicken. Spinach and mac was good but the sweet potato was overly sweet. Steamed veggies that they said were still cooking never made it to our table.

Nice surprises for return visit. First time at this location although I haven’t at BM for years. Lots of customers during the Thu lunch hour. Staff most engaging and helpful taking care of customers. New menu items for me was fish on Friday and ribs along with lots of chicken of course. This location has the newer Coca Cola machines which provide a very wide selection of drinks; especially hard to get caffeine-free diet coke. Catering and delivery provided with large enough order. Drive-thru was also business. Worth another visit especially if I can get another $ 4 off coupon. Nice touch to have wait staff carry food to table for you and also clean up tables promptly.

The interior is the definition of unexceptional, and looks like many other big corporate fast casual chains. It has tiles in earthy tones and wooden chairs. Very cookie cutter. The interior was a touch messy, and they had bottles of cleaning solution hanging on random spots on the customer facing side, which was a turn off. The last thing I want to see before eating is a cleaning towel sitting on a counter with a a bottle of blue liquid. I ordered a rotisserie chicken meal with buttery spinach and chicken noodle soup. It was all pretty decent, so I’ll throw in the standard descriptors like tender, buttery and tasty. I did appreciate the fact that while it was sort of a fast casual establishment, it wasn’t quite as casual as Panera Bread, which serves meals that feel somewhat insubstantial.

this review is for ALL locations, but ONLY for the new ribs they are serving. They are TERRIBLE. First of all, they’re boiled when cooked, and the sauce is extremely bland. I’m from Texas, and we know what real ribs should taste like, and these are an insult. Their other food is wonderful, but they need to discontinue the ribs. They also need to change their cornbread recipe… way too sweet.

I haven’t sat down at Boston Market in years. This was my first time dining at this location. The customer service was phenomenal and the food good. The sweet potatoes are not as great as they once were but still good. We will definitely be coming back.

DON’T ORDER the Thanksgiving spread for your next holiday family dinner. We ordered the turkey, stuffing, mash, etc for our Thanksgiving 2012 and it was terrible. The turkey was dry, absolutely no flavor, seemed they just threw in a can of chicken stock in the bake bag and boom there you go. The stuffing was bland, mash were okay, corn… well it’s corn, macaroni so so… but I was surprised at the turkey. It’s Boston Market and you expect so much more flavor and taste. Plus, it might have been my sisters error, but she didn’t know she had to bake the turkey for another 90 minutes once you bring it home. The whole purpose of ordering it was so we didn’t have to get baking/cooking in the kitchen this year. I am thinking of calling the manager and asking for a full refund. It was just horrible. A wasted $ 95+ on a terrible meal.

Boston Market’s food is never disappointing to me. This establishment itself is very small, and there was maybe 1 or 2 tables open for us to sit down at, but that’s not why people go to Boston Market. Yes, it’s clean and what not, but it’s more of a take-home-your-food kinda place than an eat-it-there kinda place. It’s «country» food, as they call it. «Soul» food is another word, I believe? The sides are incredible. They have everything from squash casserole, cornbread, creamy spinach, sweet potatoes, dressing(«stuffing»), new potatoes, mashed potatoes, etc etc etc, to apple pie, pecan pie, chocolate cake, pumpkin pie, etc. This place is by FAR my favorite«fast food» establishment. You go in and order at the counter and everything is on display so you can see what you are ordering. This is a fantastic place to go pick something up, or stop by to get a quick meal, but it’s not like, date atmosphere or anything like that.

Boston Market. What does this store have to do with Boston or Markets? It’s origins are near Boston and they sell food so I suppose their name has everything wrapped up in a tight little package. I’ve always said that every store should have one thing that they’re good at and Boston Market’s is rotisserie chicken. It’s *the* best rotisserie chicken I’ve ever had. Go across the street and try La Madeline’s chicken and there’s no comparison. Boston Market’s is juicy and well-seasoned. The chicken pot pie is equally as mouth watering. Recently, they started serving soup — Chicken Noodle and Chicken Tortilla. Once, the tortilla soup was particularly salty, but that was just once of the 3 times I’ve had it. It’s all you can eat/drink so drink it up! Their sides are definitely worth getting. I’ve even considered getting a side sampler plate, but I enjoy the chicken, ham and even the meat loaf too much. My favorite is the mac and cheese. It’s spiral pasta so there’s a ton of surface area for the cheese to cling to. Running a close second, is the stuffing. Excellent for sopping up the juices from the rotisserie chicken. The wife always gets the sweet potatoes with the marshmallow topping, cinnamon apple or the green beans. I really enjoy the cornbread, however, the wife does not. They have this crazy drink dispenser that has a million flavors and has a touch screen. Beware, if you get water, let the water run a little before you start filling your cup, or it’ll taste like the last thing it dispensed. Just be aware. I’ve found everyone at this Boston Market to be extremely helpful. They always take care of us. «One chicken pot pie, please.» «Oh, sorry, we just sold our last one and it’ll be another 15 minutes until we have more.» «Aw man! I was really looking forward to a pot pie.» «If you can wait until they’re ready, we’ll take care of it for you.» «Really? Awesome. We’re in no hurry.» And that’s how I got a free chicken pot pie dinner. If you’re feeling adventurous, try having a yellow day: Chicken, Mac and Cheese, Corn, Cornbread and lemonade. If it’s yellow, it must be good for you!

Awful. Awful awful awful. I’ve been to many Boston Markets, so I know what to expect. I got the Meatloaf carver on White with Mac & Cheese for lunch. The Meatloaf was bland and greasy while the bread was dry and not anywhere close to what I was expecting when I ordered«White» bread. It had a bunch of grains and seeds in it which wouldn’t have been a problem if they described their white bread as what it really was. The meatloaf only filled up half the bread widthwise and fell out on my first bite. The Hickory Ketchup was good as usual, but was all over the bread and wrapper. The Mac & Cheese was good as it normally is. For almost $ 9 I expected a little better.

A good lunch at a decent price and a fast drive through. Since I cut all poultry out of my diet nearly a year and a half ago… you will always see me ordering the Meatloaf here at Boston Market. The hard decision is always … two vegetables or three. The creamed spinach is always a given… but sometimes it’s just impossible to decide between squash casserole and their corn(do they soak it in sugar or what? it is always so sweet). They can, however… keep their corn bread(always tough and dry) and their desserts… I can«slice and bake» a better chocolate chip cookie at home.

Always good comfort food at a reasonable price. The chicken is my favorite here. Cinnamon apples very good. Baked beans excellent. Baked potato casserole great. Almost better than a normal restaurant. Quick service and a drive thru. You know what to expect when you come here.
