We like all the Brooklyns we go to — but this is THEBEST. The pizza and Italian food is all very good. What makes this location exceptional are the employees. Happy, cheerful and always helpful people are here. Honestly I smile just waking in here. Being able to add your own cherry, vanilla or chocolate syrup to your soft drink is great. The kids and I all live that! Tip: instead of building your own pizza look at the menu and pick something close to what you want. You’ll end up saving some of your hard earned money.

I’ve tried this place 3 times(dine-in, pickup, and delivery) and it’s a solid 3⁄5 but I probably won’t try it again unless they improve on the largest factor for me… the flavor of their food. Likes: *varied menu. If you can think of anything Italian to have, they have it. desserts included *customer service is top notch *delivery service is quick and friendly *super close to my place *fresh ingredients(especially the salads) Dislikes: *TASTE! The flavor just isn’t there. Ordered alfredo for delivery this past week and while the consistency was fine and not gluey, the food was just super bland. I’ve tried their pizza(less greasy than other restaurant offerings in the area) and another tomato pasta dish that fell flat on taste as well. Even the cheese on the cheese bread tasted bland and I didn’t think that was possible considering how salty cheese is. I’ve always had to add my own seasonings to the food once I received it and I’m not a stickler for over-seasoned food. In a nutshell, if the food was yummier, I’d frequent this spot a lot more.

A must try. Our favorite Pizza spot. We get pepperoni pizza, spaghetti and bread sticks everytime. It’s plenty to feed our family of five and less than $ 30. They also have adult beverages all day long for happy hour prices. Made from scratch ingredients Which is so rare to find these days. Clean facility and very friendly staff. Would highly recommend

This is a great alternative to your typical pizza experience. The pizza isn’t greasy and heavy like most places. Crust is light and crisp and ingredients don’t put you into a food coma. Seems lighter in sodium than the big chains, but you’d have to read labels to verify. The restaurant has a neighborhood feel to it, which makes for a nice dine in experience. Bonus — personal sized pizzas available(at least at lunch) as well as pizza by the slice.

Love the meat pie. So much meat and a whole lot of deliciousness. Good for two meals!

Our first impression of this restaurant was that it resembled like an old, city street type feel. My friend and I ordered the 14″ Italian sausage with spinach pizza. It took a while to come out, but it was so delicious! The crust was crunchy — just the way I like it — and the pizza was hot and had a perfect proportion of ingredients. It was a great restaurant with some tasty food. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to friends and family and would visit here again.

I stopped in here on a whim while waiting for a nail appointment. I was the only patron in there at the time. The people seemed friendly enough. I ordered a side caesar salad and the cheese calzone for dining in. About $ 10… not a bad price. Within a minute or two they brought out my salad so I can appreciate the speed(it could also be because I was the only one there). It was tasty. Not anything to write home about, but I did appreciate them bringing the dressing on the side. Lately, places have been mixing it in before serving and they go a bit overboard. The calzone came out about 10 mins later. Again nothing to write home about, but– and this may seem crazy, but I liked they gave me a smaller portioned serving as opposed to a monstrosity! I hate the idea of wasting food and I would hate myself if I tried to eat a huge portion. Overall a decent experience. I plan to go back.

Excellent! This place has to be underrated and needs more customer flow during lunch. The pizza was fresh, had excellent ingredients, and was hot. Give this place a try!

I get delivery from here. I really like their pizza. Its a nice New York style pizza. I haven’t been super adventurous here yet, but the cheese and pepperoni pizzas are great. Nice, big, thins, slices that are perfect for folding. Delivery times are usually pretty good and the drivers are nice. The only real complaint I have had is their menu is a PDF on their website. I can never pull it up or see it on my phone which is what I normally look up food on. But that is really it for me on that. Pizza place with tasty pizza. Definitely give it a try sometime.

I ordered the Texas size 18″ cheese pizza and a salad with ranch dressing, and they got these basics perfect!

Having read the reviews of the bad service, I wanted to see for myself. I walked in and was completely ignored, even after trying to make eye contact with a few employees. They glanced at me and continued working. It was only after I interrupted them that they decided to help me. I ordered a slice of the Bronx Italian and it was STACKED. Probably weighed twice as much as the slice of cheese with mushrooms I also ordered. Unfortunately, the pizza just okay. I liked the crispy crust be the ends were too hard.

Waited 35 minutes for lunch today. Other tables around us that came in gor their lunch. All we got were our house salads which took 25 minutes. Never received our entrée. What a waste of time.

Used to go to/order from Brooklyn’s once per week, but just hadn’t been there in about 9-months or so. Wondered why it was so dead inside and I discovered the answer when I came home with our food. Ordered a extra large half cheese/half green pepper & onion(cooked well done) plus a couple of Italian Beefs extra wet(dipped). What we received was 2 extra-DRY beefs and they forgot to put sides of au jus. The pizza tasted alright, but it was undercooked(which is why I specifically requested it to be well-done) and looked very sloppy as if the delivery driver let it slide around his trunk and took turns doing 40mph. Problem was, I picked up the food and didn’t place it in my trunk and didn’t take corners at 40mph. Just seemed like a lack of care in preparing our food. Too bad because the place is close and I used to really like their food.

Excellent pizza and sandwiches made with good ingredients. The dough is made right there in front of you. The place is staffed to the max, but rightly so because they do a major take-out business and most of the hustle and bustle is not in the dining area. It’s good to see a small chain place like this thriving. They deliver(pun intended?) great pizza and great service.

Ordered the Five Boroughs slice and the Cacciatore Wings. The pizza slice arrived damn near cold and at $ 4.99 it wasn’t very large. I expect to pay that for a slice with a thicker crust. Cacciatore Wings: Breaded Italian wings in a marinara sauce with parmesan. The wings were burnt and the breading mushy. Nice concept but very poor execution. They were gross.

We came back to Brooklyn’s. It randomly sounded good yesterday afternoon, and the boyfriend owed me(we got a free couch from a neighbor: in brand-new condition, except it’s a red color, which matches NOTHING in our place. Seriously, I can’t think of anything red we own. Anyway, we went to Target to get a slipcover, and the cashier somehow messed up and rather than splitting the $ 111 cost, it charged all of it on my card. So I had to pay $ 100 for a slipcover for a couch I didn’t even 100% want? Yeah, the boyfriend owed me– he’s been petitioning for a new couch for almost a year. He wants to light our old one on fire). He suggested we go to IKEA and get meatballs and new throw pillows. I said«You know it’s Saturday, right?» and he quickly changed his tune. We’d be there for hoooooours, and Brooklyn’s sounded really tasty! Unsurprisingly, we got the Bronx Italiano. Well, that’s what I wanted, and he wanted a stromboli. So we got a small(12″) Italiano and he got the stromboli. I only ate two slices of the pizza and it was delicious. The crust was crispier than the last time I wrote about it. It was so hot, I cut it with a knife and fork for the first few bites, and there was a distinct crunch when I cut and bit into each piece. I also ordered a side salad to go with the pizza. It was a little spendy for a basic salad with lettuce, chopped tomatoes, 2 cucumbers and 2 pieces of onions, but it was of decent quality. I got the Tangy Tomato dressing on the side, which was a little like a tomato vinaigrette and a little like a Catalina(without the gross, over-processed bottled flavor). Salad was delivered quickly and eaten just as quickly. You can also order a family-size of the salad to share, and that’s a moderately better deal. Food was delicious, and the kid at the cash register threw in our sodas for free since we had to wait a minute for his manager to do something to the cash register. We also got some to-go cups for drinks and a box for ½ the remaining pizza(boyfriend wound up eating a slice). I’m looking real forward to reheating the slices in the fridge! The key to reheating this pizza is to definitely use the oven. Do not let this thing touch the microwave or bad things will happen! Low-quality delivery pizza only suffers so much… but this crust needs to be crispy and the oven(around 400 degrees, for 10ish minutes) makes this happen!
