The guy showed up on time, was polite, professional, and quick at what he came to do… No problem what so ever with him! If I was reviewing him, he’d get 5 stars…
What I am reviewing is what happened to my carpet, the stains that they claimed would come out, did not come out… The smell they claimed would go away, GOT WORSE!!! The animal spray stuff they charged me $ 75 extra for, didn’t seem to do anything extra!!! For all I know, it was water! Call for a refund, and just got nothing but rudeness…
