When I’m in a hurry and can’t leave the office… or I get in late and have that«Oops, I forgot breakfast», the Café 6:19 saves the day. The staff are friendly with a smile. The Café feel is open as it flows into a center lobby with a 3 story fireplace, ample seating in the café, out in the lobby, or in the beautiful garden out back with a flowing water brook. Free WIFI and TV Screens adorn the back wall so it’s present, but not intrusive. Nice touch. The location alone is worth the visit, but thankfully, the food partners for a great experience. The café serves breakfast up until ~10:30 and then changes over to lunch. Breakfast options range from baked items in the cool case to freshly made omelets to order, breakfast tacos, or other daily special food that is made only on that day. Definitely recommend the breakfast tacos. At 11:30, lunch is served. There is a full service salad bar with fresh ingredients, dressings(ranch is made in-house and my fave!), a special of the day that is HIGH quality. A good example is the Shrimp and Grits. Men options include items from the cooler such as sandwiches, veggies, assorted teas, etc. My fave is the $ 5.00 flatbread pizza with choose your own toppings. The serving size is greater than a XL slice of pizza. You can get one all ALL the toppings… still $ 5. It’s made fresh when you order in ~5 minutes. Again, it’s $ 5 and I would pay more… it’s that good. Bottomline: Great atmosphere, friendly service, great quality food, done quickly. Openn to the public as well. I’ll definitely be back. Remember, the pizza is only $ 5!!!

Not only do i have clients to meet at The Hope Center but when I’m in between meetings in McKinney/Plano area, Café 6:19 is a great place to stop in and grab a quick lunch, cup of coffee or nutrition bar. Chef Michael creates a daily hot place that is beyond what you’d expect for a café inside an office building. Must pop in and try it when you are in the area! My favorite is the chai tea! Tell them I sent you!
