regarding our deposit and really had no complaints on the service or company. Everyone very helpful when we called with repairs etc.

I highly recommend Circle C Property Management. I had to move out of town for a job promotion and Circle C took care of prepping and leasing my home in a caring a professional manner. Then when the first tenants moved out, they were able to secure another tenant right away. What I really appreciate is that they are small and responsive. Frank provides excellent customer service and is super patient. They all seem to genuinely care about both the tenants and the owners. I have recommended them to others and will use Circle C again when I need property management services again.

My husband and I are unfortunate enough to own a home with this company as HOA Managers. They don’t return calls or emails. When they do, their rude and not interested solving problems. I have not communicated with one person there that was worth their salt. They charge more than the state law allows for late fees, the broker is the manager’s relation and there is no one to get anything done. They don’t even listen. Horrible Horrible Horrible communication. I dare to think what would happen if the RE Board took a closer look at the business practices.
