CODE 3 Property Inspections, PLLC

We were looking at purchasing our first home and Chris was extremely helpful. Scheduling Code 3 was pretty simple, we did it through our agent, but they contacted us pretty quickly and the process was a breeze.
On the day of the inspection we met at the home and Chris walked through and explained everything that he was concerned about. On paper the home looked good, but Chris’ insight was very helpful. With his firefighter background he mentioned various safety tips and concerns about the home that he would change.
The report was thorough and easy to go through, pictures were included and he provided a recall check for the appliances, water heater, and electric panel for the home.
Would definitely recommend Code 3!
