One of the worst clinics i’ve been too. I wasnt feeling well after a few days of sleepless nights of coughing. Checked in at 12, didnt see a doc till close to 3. Dont understand why when theres only 4 ppl in waiting room as well. Once i finally get to see a doc she told me that i had an respiratory infection, but gave me flonase for my stuffy nose and told me to take advil for the infection (really? Why did come here again??) I mention to her that i have flu like symptoms… then she finally had a test run to check for flu… and you know what… it was positive! SMH… why did i have to request to get a flu test???

I went Saturday February 6th for a work physical. The Doctor was extremely rude and inconsiderate. Went at 9 and didn’t get out until 11:30.

Dr. Warren I think is one of the best doctors I’ve met. He examined my back at the same time explaining what can cause the small pains i’m having. I thought he was thorough with his exam. He checked if my problem was neurological which it is not. Whew! He got me a rehab appointment and calmed my fears.
My only complaint is the wait time. It’s not the wait time in the waiting room, its the wait time for the doctor. I was in the exam room at 9:30 but wasn’t seen till 11:30. Looked like he was the only one on duty. Wearing paper shorts while the room is ice cold didn’t help either.

My wife could not have had a more awful experience at your 1300 N. Central Expressway, Plano, TX 75 074 location. The dr. was completely inconsiderate and simply rude. Not to mention the 2 hour wait. We’ll never be back.

Got here at 3:50 for a drug test… Didn’t get to see the dr. Until 5:00pm and get off at 5:30 for a drug test

Got the office around 6pm and was back to see doctor by 6:20. but did not see a doctor until 7:40. I through my back out and the doc asked my to lay down and did not help me down or back up.
