These guys are very helpful and extremely honest. They inspected our car and advised what potential causes could be responsible for the trouble we’re experiencing. Rather than tell us it could only be something that would require a major repair, they were extremely honest and told us that the issue could potentially be solved by an adjustment in vehicle maintenance. If you’re looking for honest mechanics, this is the place to go.

I was very impressed by the quality that Crowes auto displayed for me when they worked on my vehicle. The two gentlemen that run the shop offer fair prices and a very straightforward and upfront assessment of what the problem might be. They went through each individual part that they were billing me for, they explained exactly why they thought that the problem was. The job that they assessed initially took longer than expected but they stayed true to the quote that they gave me. I have never gone to a shop that didn’t increase the bill when the hourly estimate went over what they initially thought. They also stayed late just to make sure that I had my vehicle for the next day. I cannot go on and praise the shop enough. I found them to have the lowest shop price around. I can honestly say that I won’t go to any other auto shop before I go to Crowes.

I have used Crowes a couple of times now (as I have an older — prone to breakdowns — car). The owner, Tom has been there every time I have needed any work done. I have had a fuel pump replaced on one occasion and a water pump replaced on another.
Not only did they give me the best deal around, the repairs were done quickly and expertly. I would recommend Crowes to anyone who asks me.
I have a repair shop that I trust and will contiue to use.

Got my brakes done here yesterday the owner was present and gave me the best deal possible. The next day my brake line went out and they were very compassionate and apologized for not spotting the problem before hand. They got on the repairs as soon as I got in and made my vehicle a priority. The shop is still under construction but they were very professional and helpful. They are even offering special prices until the end of the month!
