My boyfriend and I used to order takeout from here almost on a weekly basis but over the years(since 2011) the quality has gone down. It used to be fresh, flavorful and a large quantity. Now the portions are small, and the ingredients are very bland. Its disappointing now… haven’t ordered from here since.

My family and I have gone to C Wok for around 10 years on and off and it was always a great place to get a tasty affordable meal, until recently. It’s become a shadow of its former self, the food is over-cooked over seasoned and the portions are either monstrous or pitifully small. I truly hope they can find their way again.

They are super slow– it took us 40 minutes to get our food. The egg drop soup basically just tastes like corn water. The crab rangoons were seriously over cooked, to the point that the filling was completely dried out and crispy. The Chicken Chow mein looked like a pile of slop, and was this limp, beige mess. I would not recommend this place. If you’re in the area, go to Lite Wok instead. They’re at least decent– still not the greatest, but decent.

Very bad food… We ordered the dinner menu with egg drop soup and chicken main course with fried rice. The taste was horrible and the soup was like we never had before… it was really terrible. Don’t order food from here. The rice was not cooked properly too!

I eat a lot of Asian food. I live at the Asian markets. This place is a hidden gem. The food is flavorful and fresh. The service is always outstanding. I’ve tried several dishes and have yet to be disappointed. I’ve even brought picky friends and they have agreed it’s amazing.

Horrible. im never coming back. tried this place last week and had high expectation for it but was very disappointed. The cashier lady give me an attitude when I was ordering like she could careless. I ordered the lunch special sweet and sour shrimp that come with egg drop soup and I also order crab Rangoon to the side. Paid for all tree entries. Have to wait over 20 minutes for their slow cooking. Poorly package to go. they put it in an uneccesary big brown bag and stapled it so we wouldn’t see what they put in there. Got back to school and found out they didn’t even give me my soup. The food was horrible. The sweet and sour shrimp was nothing but plain shrimp with a cup of disgustingly sweet and sour sauce that is too watery and easily spill. They even package the sauce horribly too. Crab Rangoon was dry and hard. Can’t believe it took them over 20 min to make these simple yet horrible food and forgot to give me the soup. In summary, I’m disappointed. This place have bad service and horrible food for much more expensive prices compare to other places. There are other chinese restaurant that is a lot cheaper with better service and better food. Don’t waste your time and gas going here. Im really easy on food and rarely am this pissed off about a restaurant but this is just horrible. C Wok doesn’t even deserve one star. It deserve a negative 5 star.

I used to eat here a lot. Quick & cheap take out food that was good. Last few times have been different. Mistakes on our last 3 orders. This LAST trip… we got the Cashew Chicken and Szechuan Shrimp. I could not fin d one single cashew in the chicken dish. The shrimp had a horrible fish taste. Not a shrimp taste… a FISH taste. Obvious cross contamination from improperly stored food. The shrimp was also a bit ‘muddy’. Muddy means it tastes like it was from dirty water. I think this place may have changed owners… Because I had eaten here at least 15 times and was always impressed. Oh… and the hot/sour soup was barely warm. Egg roll was great though. I usually don’t call to complain. But since this was the 3rd bad experience in a row I called. I was offered ‘extra cashews’ on my next order. LOL I pressed for a free cashew chicken dinner and they said they would ‘put it in the computer’. I won’t be cashing in on that… I won’t be back.

Got the cashew chicken in this visit. Their cashew quantity is acceptable. Of course I would like more but it’s definitely more than some other places. They dice their veggies up small so that’s good. Generally I don’t want to be eating a huge stick of celery that takes forever to chew when I’m eating chinese entrees. This place doesn’t seem like they get too much business but it has been there for a bit so they must be doing something right. However, most of these Americanized chinese restaurants will not garner past 2 or 3 stars from me simply because I’ve tasted authentic stuff and prefer that. The staff was nice. There wasn’t any other customers when I went to pick up my order.

I give C Wok 4 stars for price to food and service quality. When it comes to restaurants, I do judge a book by it’s cover. I like C Wok because the inside and outside of this small run of the mill Chinese«fast food» restaurant is welcoming and very clean. There is a variety of healthy live and faux plants inside, and a beautiful little fish tank tucked against the wall by the entrance. The service is fast, accurate and friendly in the 6 or so times I have eaten here. C Wok has quite a large menu for a cookie cutter Chinese dive, with a great sushi, soup, and noodle selection. While I am a fan of this eatery I must say I am a little disappointed at the style in which the General Tso chicken was prepared, as it was hardly crispy. I do highly recommend this place to those wanting fresh, delicious and well priced Chinese food.

On my first couple of bites of my Special Fried Rice, I was thinking that there really wasn’t much to this place. But by the time I finished my meal, I was fairly impressed. The service was friendly & prompt. And the restaurant was really clean. So, to sum it up, the food is ok but there are better places out there. If you are in the area, and just have to have some Chinese Food this place will do.

I’ve ordered delivery from this store about 7 or 8 times now. The food is good(Sweet & Sour Chicken, Beef & Brocolli, Fried Rice, Egg Rolls), the delivery time is decent, and the driver is always very courteous. Unfortunately, the order taker on the phone has a difficult time understanding English and has messed up the order a couple times. On top of that, when I called back upset with the mistake, they said it was my fault and charged me again to get my proper order delivered. I went into the restaurant one time for pick up and there were 3 or 4 younger Asians who spoke fantastic English, but instead they had a much older woman with a very thick accent taking the phone orders. I actually can understand her fine, but she was definitely struggling to understand me. Also, the Sweet & Sour sauce was left off of my order a couple times. The chicken is good enough to eat it plain, but it’s just another frustration to deal with. Please switch out the person on the phone and be a little more precise in handling orders and then this place would be pretty good. 11÷15÷15 Update — They seem to have replaced the phone order taker with someone who understands people better. We’ve had excellent service several times now with the order being spot on and usually delivered in about 15 – 20 minutes. I’d say the chicken is not super high quality, but for a fried up piece of meat with sauce and rice, makes for a tasty meal and is one of our favorite places when we want to stay home and have food delivered.

This is Asian food in name only. I’ve had better at Panda Express. This is what I’ve heard termed«Chinese food for white people.» This is definitely strongly Americanized and not authentic Chinese food. Their Chicken and Shrimp lunch(this was take-out) was processor-prepared veggies(uniformly chopped celery, water chestnuts, and carrot chunks) drowned in too much of a one-note sauce – kinda like a sweet and sour sauce with some added heat. The chicken was sparse and the three pieces of shrimp I did found were so strong/old tasting that I did not eat but one before I thought better of it and stopped eating. The«fried rice» was mostly white steamed rice apparently sprayed light brown with soy sauce and had virtually nothing else that indicated it was fried. This was filling and cheap but you get what you pay for.

Pretty good Chinese food for cheap. They do have nice seating inside, but the atmosphere is more conducive to take-out. Overall I have always enjoyed their food.
