spent $ 550 a few years ago, to get my shower box tiles cleaned and regrouted.
The website looks impressive and the owner came by and «guarantee» the tiles would look new when it was done.
Two Mexican guys came and steamed the tiles, vacuumed, then applied grout where the grout came off (Which now I know IS NOT a good practice). You must remove the old grout completely before applying new one. It left me with two-​colored grout (the old and new) and they kept saying over time, the color would be the same. The new grout and the old grout still have different color 2 – 3 years after.
I was under the impression they would totally take off the older grout and put new one (all around) in the shower box and that wasn’t the case. WHAT A WASTE OF MY $ 550!!! Don’t believe them when they said it would look new after they regrout the shower tiles. Don;t fall for their website picture.
They are a cleaning company, they only know how to vacuum and steam, that’s it. They don’t know how to do grout properly. They are not professional contractors.

My fiancé and I rented an older home that hadn’t been well maintained. Frank, Austin and Pedro did an excellent job cleaning out the vents and disinfecting the fixtures. I’m very impressed. Highly recommend this business.

Asked these guys to clean all the vents, re-​seal the granite in our kitchen and bathroom and clean the floors in the bathrooms and balcony. I spoke with Frank. He was great and professional. He was personable and honest. I needed to get the work done before my wife and I moved into our condo. They did a great job and did not take too long. The floors in our bathrooms were full of black grime and dirt. Once they cleaned the floors, it looked like new. They also sealed the tile floors for me. I would recommend these guys. They did great work!
