Beware! I brought in a pair of drapes to be cleaned and they destroyed one of the panels. They claimed they are «not responsible for whatever happens to drapes» and too bad that I won’t be getting a cleaning refund for the non-​destroyed panel (even though the whole pair is unusable), and they won’t be compensating me for the expensive damage they caused.

I had used this cleaner for over 15 years and was suspicious of losing clothing occasionally. I started paying closer attention and noticed that multiple items were not being returned to me. They denied it and said that was all I dropped off. When I produced the receipts they were suddenly able to find them. In addition to this they staple ID tags to the tags on the collars of the shirts which tear the collar upon removal. I switched to bibbentuckers and it was well worth the extra money to get all of my clothing back in damages.

I brought my comforter and shams/​euro shams to be dry cleaned. They washed them
instead of dry cleaning them. One of the euro shams was fortunately left at home so I
was able to prove that the comforter set was in mint condition and incidentally never
dry cleaned before. They shrunk the comforter set and tore one of the shams. The
comforter set is now too small for my queen sized bed. The DRY CLEAN SUPER CENTER ON PARKER refuses to replace the comforter set which are from ANTHROPOLOGIE. THEY WILL ONLY PAY 30% OF THE COST OF THE COMFORTER SET. I am not able to replace comforter with the same quality as the original .I don’t think is is right. I would NEVER have anything cleaned at this dry cleaners again. Linda

Good. Dependent. Clean. Fast. Super! I’ve been coming to this location for a while now and they are great with service — and fast too! I know that this place is dry clean only — so unfortunately I have to go to a second location for my alterations (Dry Tech Cleaners).. .It’d be nice to kill 2 birds with 1 stone, but oh well what can you do? Prices are cheap, a little too cheap? And I’ve had spots on some of my shirts and other articles of clothing and for the most part they do a good job, but sometimes they can’t get out the stains very well… so depending on the type of stain — It’d be safer to take my clothes elsewhere to get the spots removed. Otherwise, I come here for everything else and works out just fine…
Ahh.and my love for drive-thrus.YES, this place has a drive-​thru! :)
