Dunkin’ Donuts

I’ve been here three times, shame on me for coming back the second time. They handle your money and the donuts without gloves. I saw a fly fly into my bag of donuts. Where is the health inspector when you need one?

Horrible employees. First, they gave me the wrong donuts. Then they put my frosted donuts sideways in a bag which caused them to stick together. When I handed them back and asked that they be put in a box, I got attitude. I drive off, realize I am missing donuts so I go inside and get more attitude. I called corporate to complain and they told me they would have the owner call me. Sure enough the lady that had the bad attitude calls me and SHE is the OWNER. She never apologized but told me that the «frosting melts in the texas heat.» If you OWN a donut shop, learn how to package them and there won’t be issues with the frosting melting and the donuts getting stuck together.
So I don’t go back for about 8 months. I decided to give them another shot. I place my order for a sausage sandwich and a strawberry frosted donut. Get to the window and they don’t have anymore sausage. Then the donut they give me is a cake donut, not the one I ordered. The lady tells me how «it aint my fault we’re out of sausage». I am 100% never going back here. I will pay triple to go to Starbucks. For donuts, I will continue to support the older lady in her corner shop that always throws in free donut holes and is EXTRA friendly.

Worst Dunkin donuts drive thru, received attitude from the employee and donut I bought wasn’t even fully cooked and doughy on the inside. Bad service from the start.

Highly disappointed. My husband and I ordered two breakfast sandwiches along with some donut holes. After waiting for 15 minutes for our sandwiches my husband asked them when they’d be ready. They claimed we didn’t order any. So we provided or receipt as ‘proof’ since they lost our order. Customer service was awful regarding this. They weren’t even busy. They didn’t even have someone preparing donuts so we had stale donuts. at only 10 a.m.

11:30 AM on a SATURDAY and they only have cake or crème filled donuts left. Seriously? Not even glazed or chocolate frosted? I nor my 7 yr old daughter like cake donuts… and obviously neither do the majority of their customers since that’s all that they had left. Take a clue and maybe prepare to have families ad children on the weekend. Children like sprinkle, chocolate glazed, and plain glazed for the most part. Huge disappointment… especially since we drove all the way from North Allen/​McKinney border JUST to come to Dunkin Donuts. :-/

Horrible service. Came early in the morning and they were out of a lot of donuts. The ones that they gave us were stale. I will never be back to this location.

First of off I only come here bc my son loves Dunkin Donuts. I don’t understand why. I am a Krispy Kreme girl all the way.
Second this store has the slowest service possible. They move in no rush. They always seem to lack an employee. Do not stop here if you’re in a rush.

Yuck! I’ve found hair in my donuts twice. What really clinched me not returning was when the server had on gloves… sounds good… but he answered the phone, took cash and credit cards, then grabbed the donuts with those same gross gloved hands! Never changed the gloves. I swapped lines and told the girl to tell him to change gloves between handling anything but food! So gross and unsafe. Skip the stomach bug and go somewhere else.

Being from New England you have to go out of your way when a DD is nearby. This just like when I was a kid. Donuts are fresh and full, bagels are delicious and coffee is second to none.
Stop here. Service is good.

Service here is always so slow — and disorganized. Drive thru doesn’t list flavors of donuts and server couldn’t tell me if they had the flavor my daughter wanted. Had to walk in, DISORGANIZED. Waited 15 minutes for my coffee.

I get dunkin here almost everyday, as I’m home from college in new england. I have been an novice coffee drinker for 3+ years! First, service is excellent! I use the drive thru and there is never more then 4 cars. The workers are extremely friendly and get my order right every time, even though i mix it up alot. From reading other reviews they must be working on accuracy! Next, The coffee is delicious. For coffee in the area it is «Woohoo! As good as it gets!» Mcdonalds coffee is fake, Starbucks is too strong and dark and expensive, and I dont have time to walk inside einstiens and burn myself. Dunkin is creamy and delicious. I have come to terms that the NE DDs are better because the coffee doesnt sit as long because they have much more business. Last, I have a theroy. If the iced coffee were stored at a colder, near freezing temperature, then when combined to the ice it wouldnt melt. Sometimes my coffee gets diluted because its hot. Ok thats all thank you for being amazing!

Terrible, terrible, terrible!!! Let me start off (now that I’ve gotten that off my chest) saying that I’ve always been a fan of Dunkin Donuts. There one of the coffee brands I have in my house (well used too) but this location, yuck!!! I have given them several opportunities over the last 8 months but they consistently disappoint. They’ll get your order wrong, take incredible long to serve you and unfortunately just not seem to care. This is one of the minus for companies that franchise there brand, they can run across owners like this one that don’t seem to care about offering a great product or providing even marginal customer service. Do yourself a favor and go to the Einstein Brothers location in the same shopping plaza, the line may be long but the product is good, the service is great and the wait is worth it compared to frustrating yourself with this place.

The coffee and the breakfast sandwiches here are really good, but ironically, their donuts don’t really live up to the hype. I’ve gone multiple times to this location and their donuts are either hit or miss, but mostly miss. Some of them taste like they’ve been sitting out for a while and aren’t soft and fluffy like a donut should be.

Maybe it’s just me, but after years of visiting Starbucks this just did not compare. Donuts are their specialty, but they were just so-​so. Cappuccino was scalding hot, and after it cooled it was obvious that the Splenda I requested had been missed. I’d probably pass in the future.

Finally made my way back to DD, or they made their way to me?
Picked up a ham/​cheese sandwich and a tuna bagel for a friend.
The food was very good and we were both happy.
Service? Good service, just a bit slower than life at a DD in New England.
Still, I’d rather it be slow and they get it right, which they did.

Excellent staff. When I ask questions about their products they have a good answer. Donuts are good and the coffee’s are good. The environment is clean with quite a bit of tables. If you want to go to a good dunkin donuts this place is a good choice!

I’ve been trying a «mocha» at various places to see how they compare to the Starbucks coffee making powerhouse. So far, I’ve tried McDonalds McCafe and the Late Moca here at Dunkin Donuts. Hands down, starbucks is way better for flavor and taste. A cheaper alternative is going to Dunkin Donuts. It’s not bad for a mocha late coffee. And if you have one every day, a dollar could save you a ton of money in the long run. I did notice the McCafe at McDonalds had more of a «coffee» flavor which is nice while enjoying a cup of coffee. The flavor wasn’t too overpowering. The Dunkin Donuts coffee was served scalding hot and once it cooled off a bit it was pretty good.
