The rudest and meanest person in the world works here. Never coming back. And the coffe was awful. I’ve never met a person in customer service that was as horrible as him.

My daughter’s obsessed with starting her day with a donut this week, so we came in to this location since it was on our way. I read some of the comments about rude customer service and maybe I was in a good mood with my daughter, but didn’t have any trouble getting a strawberry glazed donut with sprinkles on them. Maybe they’re nice to customers with kids? Not sure but just bought two donuts, ate at the counter by the window, laughed with my daughter while eating donuts, and left again in a good mood to start our Wednesday. No complaints and hope I don’t have any issues they way other customers have had since my daughter Really loves their strawberry glazed donut, but I suppose I can always go to Krispy kremes if I experience anything negative. Four stars for now!

I was grabbing some donuts for my employees today and as the sign says I mentioned to the man behind the counter one of them has a peanut allergy. He looked at me and said«okay?» Not looking to start my short work day off with attitude I mentioned I was letting him know so could he please ensure none of the donuts I get have peanuts on or in them. He proceeded to continue with a rude attitude and told me how he didn’t cook them etc. at this point I was confused and a little angry at the way he was talking to me as a customer like my request is outrageous and I’m an idiot for suggesting it. I asked if he was trained on how to avoid cross contamination and he wouldn’t answer just kept on talking about he is not present when they are made. Like, what? Let’s keep in mind I didn’t raise my voice, I was not rude, I was frustrated by I work in customer service so I can say I was 100% reasonable while he was not. He eventually refused to serve me saying he had to go to the back and was trading with the drive through guy who just looked up at me confused. He was nice, apologized and assisted me in getting a dozen donuts. Simple. I don’t know what that first guys issue was but he was rude. I live literally next to this place and I will not be going again. I’d rather drive out of my way.

Very disappointed with my visit. Extremely upset yhat I have called three times and still no answer. Starting to wonder if the number for comments and concerns is a fake. The server Miguel was not help, seemed to not want to help me. Very slow and had that I Can Care Less attitude when I asked about the different donuts. I ended up getting 4 small powdered donuts, but was shocked to discover that powdered donuts have salsa and seeds on them. Uhm, what just happened here. There was a very pleasant lady working the drive thru, she knew her stuff. Sad, I should of stayed in my car instead of walking in.

Ridiculously slow service. The only employee moving fast was working the drive thru window and all other visible employees were the slowest I have ever seen at Dunkin Donuts. Seriously, I have visited on three separate occassions, the 3rd being this morning about 8am and it’s consistently bad EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. No name tags this morning, so i can’t even call out the female working the drive thru for really moving fast. This is unfortunate since Dunkin as a brand is consistently good. The employees at this store would benefit from an energetic, on premise manager who focused on quality and speed of service. oh, and PS: the guy pouring coffee mumbles the coffee order so poorly that i couldn’t even understand ‘medium coffee black’. It took FOURMINUTES to get black coffee poured into a medium cup.

I sent an email to Dunkin Donuts Customer Service after my visit. Tonight the owner called me and asked for more details. He was very apologetic and expressed what seemed to be genuine concern about the situation. I hope he is able to get a handle on the issues there because they have a great location and therefore a good opportunity to make the place really successful. Hopefully it will get better. I give him credit for calling.

Not really sure why everyone loves the management here. Maybe because they know the manager personally? The business on its own is poorly executed. Everything you see here is just a cover up for what’s really going on behind closed doors. As a customer, I have heard and seen some of the most inappropriate behavior ever to be witnessed in a workplace. It’s no wonder they have been losing business. They hire shift leaders and crew members who smoke weed and talk about weed around children and other customers so the behavior of the management team is no surprise. Jeez Dunkin, maybe you should rethink the whole concept of hiring criminals and felons. Don’t believe me? You can judge for yourself.

Terrible example of the franchise! Long line at 9:30 am with one cashier. Most items on display mislabeled. Out of stock on ½ of their items. Messy! I’d say understaffed but there are 6 people just up front. Tough to tell who is in charge, so my guess would be nobody.

I don’t really go to Dunkin’ for donuts. I am, however, a fan of their coffee. This review is based on my visit this morning: The line at this location any time between 7:00am and 8:00am is horrendous. It used to not be this way. The reason the lines are horrible is because they only ever have one person taking orders. One. ONE. When there is a horde of half awoken zombies feigning for caffeine at the door, they have ONE person taking orders. It doesn’t help that sometimes, the person who is taking orders, hitherto named«M,» moves like a sloth who just woke up from a long restful nap. Seriously! The best part about my visit today was the fact that I waited roughly fifteen minutes to get my coffee. The poor lady behind the counter was seriously looking like she was overwhelmed. When she finally took my order, after she had just taken about 6 orders and filled 3 dozen-boxes of donuts, M finally shuffled their happy self to help her. Probably after hearing me say«why are you alone? why isn’t somebody helping you?» to her. The kicker? Nobody made my coffee. I sat there a while longer. Waited some more. When the lady, «P», finally noticed, she ran over and made me a coffee. Since the time lapse, she forgot I ordered with almond milk since I am, sorry for the TMI, lactose intolerant. I grabbed my coffee and ran, hoping I would get to work on time. I got an iced cream and sugar instead of what I had ordered. BUMMER! Anywho, I am now at work. Struggling to stay awake. I gave my coffee to a grateful coworker because I did not want to suffer the consequences of milk on a Monday morning. If you have other options for coffee, even say, gasp, Starbucks, then go there. Don’t go here. You’ll feel as though you’re still in bed, experiencing a nightmare.

Visiting from cali. Is the owner reading the comments??? I think he should start reading it! Someone was helping me and was randomly passed on to another person to assist me without saying anything. Servers need to attend customer service training!!! NOT even a thank you and have a nice day. I don’t get treated this way at Starbucks!

I stop there on occasion for a breakfast sandwich, but I think I am all done. Would rather drive a few more blocks and park and go inside a Subway, or stop at a drive through in the way, rather than wait so long. The egg white breakfast sandwich is good… but not THAT good. Hash browns are routinely soggy and speed is slow.

Consistently bad. What’s hard about pouring an Iced Coffee, adding cream and a mocha swirl, I’ll never know. But at this location, it’s either straight coffee with no mocha taste whatsoever or such a sickly sweet mocha syrup with little coffee, if any at all. Drive-thru attendants aren’t enthused about being at work either. Shift managers are their saving grace, otherwise I’d leave zero stars. Save some heartache and visit the location at Teel and Main in Frisco.

i should have learn my lesson the first time I went here. It is awful, their donuts are dry and taste old and their breakfast sandwiches are small, expensive and not good-I know they have been sitting out just by how fast I received it. I got one breakfast sandwich and two donuts and it was like $ 9.00, ridiculous! especially since it was gross… We need more places for a quick breakfast in this area.

I’m really not a Dunkin fan, but I heard that they have really good flavored teas, so I head on over. We went on a Saturday evening around 5pm and there was nobody in there. Nice location and a relaxing place to hang out. That’s if you like Dunkin, anyway. I ordered a large peach tea because I assumed I’d like it. Wrong. I don’t know what that was, but it was not peach, or tea for that matter. The donuts were delish though, which I was nervous about getting since it was so late in the day. But it tasted fresh. I ended up tossing the tea and heading on over to Starbucks for some tea that is actually good.

Came in before work this morning and«BOYOHBOY» were the donuts fresh or what?! The dough was still sightly warm and the frosting had just settled neatly atop the doughnut. I literally almost died and went to Sugar Hill Heaven immediately upon mouth contact. This location is very organized and neat… kind of a Starbucks meets Dunkin’ Donuts.

Not much to say here. I went in for a cup of coffee and I came out with a cup of coffee. I have always liked there coffee, and it is considerably cheaper than other places like Starbucks. I have never had their donuts. Their ambiance is definitely for the non-studious type overall. They have a few sitting arrangements, but I would not go here to park it for a few hours and study. Nonetheless a good experience and good coffee ~Carpe Diem~

What is there to say about Dunkin that hasn’t been said already? I’m not a huge fan of their donuts, I like to come for the coffee. Hot sometimes, iced usually, and if I’m feeling frisky I’ll get French Vanilla. Their bagels are okay and some of the donuts aren’t terrible. I like the light and airy French Cruller and the powdered cake donut holes are alright. They have their own version of a cronut now which my husband ordered and let me try a bite of. To me it just tasted like a glazed donut with a hint of stale bakery croissant. The prices are cheap here, especially when you compare their coffee to the likes of Starbucks. No bitter burnt bean flavors either. And there is a drive thru if you want to be lazy which I always appreciate. Be sure to keep your receipts because there are links to quick online surveys which will reward you with free donuts on your next purchase. I know for a while they had a punch card for coffee, but I’m unsure if that is something they still do. Never hurts to ask!

I don’t know why I keep coming back here. Probably because it is literally one block away and closest bagel place. Here is a picture of my everything bagel… Toasted twice with extra cream cheese
