I really meant to write this review sooner, but better late than never. Last October I had Terry and his crew out to remove a stump, several old large bushes, trim all the rest of them, as well as clean out the beds. I asked them to do a few small tasks and they completed them quickly and with a smile. Their customers service was excellent and price very reasonable compared to other quotes.

I had an appointment that was scheduled with Big Bird after one of their estimators came to my home and gave me an appraisal. The crew with their supervisor was to have been at my home today at 2pm. I waited until 3pm and still no Big Bird. I called their office and i was told the supervisor had an emergency in his family over the weekend, which I can certainly understand. But no one from this company even bothered to call to tell me that they would not be coming to trim my trees.
Very poor customer service when I called to inquire about the status of my appointment.
