Elizabeth is the absolute best! I’ve been going to her for a few years now! She’s very gentle when waxing and has an amazing personality. She offers many services including waxing, facials, etc for men and women. Give her a call. She’s so worth it!

I have going to this spa for about 8 months now. I live in NYC and have bee to multiple spas both in the Dallas/​Plano area and in NYC. I have to say that this is beyond a doubt the best spa experience I have ever had! Enough so for me to fly down every month! Elizabeth is the most professional, sweetest, and knowledgable aesthetician I have seen. She takes the time to educate you on about your skin and suggests products that have made an amazing difference in my skin. I have been doing the micro needling treatments with her and my skin looks 5 years younger already. And I’m only 34 years old. Her prices are extremely reasonable. I would highly highly recommend her to anyone!!! Best spa experience! Do yourself a favor and go her Elizabeth :)

Elizabeth is amazing! I went in because I had a groupon for a wax. However I really liked her and talked to her about skincare. I have had facials before and told her how disappointed I was that I didn’t see any results. She mentioned that the first time someone give a facial they don’t know your skin and have to give very very mild facials to see how your skin reacts, which is maybe why I didn’t see the results in the past. She cares, she takes notes, asks questions before and post treatments. A year later I have the best skin ever! I grew up with acne and was always finding way to hide my face. This is the first time I ever love my skin. I get compliments all the time about how great my skin looks. She will cater to your skin and suggest what would work best for you. Best decision ever!

Elizabeth is amazing! I’ve had previous waxing experiences before but she is the best. She makes you feel comfortable even though getting hair ripped off your skin isn’t a pleasant experience. The kind of service she provides, words just don’t do her justice. Best Groupon find ever! =)

I don’t know about everyone else experience here. My appointment was a call in to see if she could schedule me in the same day. It seemed as though she squeezed me in between other appointments. I felt her services were very rushed and I was not please with the service I received. She told me (when I got there), «We need to hurry because I have another appointment…» If I had know her service was going to be this rushed and sloppy… I would have tried her another time. As it was… I will not be going back here again.

I just got home from ER Skin Care and I’ve never been so happy with a waxing experience! Elizabeth made the experience as painless as a brazilian can be. It didn’t hurt nearly as much as my previous experiences elsewhere. The environment was calming, comfortable, and clean. She’s a great women to talk to and truly great at what she does!

Wow, just wow. I have to say like the other reviewer — I purchased a Groupon and visited Elizabeth… and like the other reviewer this was

I’ve waxed pretty much all over West Plano and the services have always been decent. Now I realized the meaning of the word ‘mediocre’ because after using Elizabeth — that is by far the best experience I’ve had.
She is super friendly and awesome at what she does. In all sincerity, she is meticulous and makes sure you are always comfortable. She offers a great service and I highly recommend visiting her.

So I finally had a day off to run errands and have a ‘me’ day… ER Skin Care just happened to have a groupon that I couldn’t refuse :-) The suite is located inside of another spa/​salon center (I forgot what the name of the place was — I’ll pay attention the next time I go lol) off of Park/​Preston in the Plano area. Ms. Elizabeth was absolutely wonderful, it had been a while since I had a wax (don’t judge me) and she was very gentle and thorough as well. It didn’t hurt as much as I thought it would and my skin didn’t get irritated afterwards either. One of, if not THE best, waxes I’ve gotten. Another plus was that it was so easy to make an appointment, it’s web based and iPhone friendly… I literally made the appointment while I was on the tollway headed to the area (please don’t tell DPD). All in all, a great experience and I will be a regular!

Elizabeth is professional, informative, listens to you, communicates information in a way you can understand. I have been going to Elizabeth for the past year or so. I would not think of going to anyone else for waxing or facials. I have traveled all over the country and have had many services in wonderful spas but there is only one Elizabeth. I recommend her totally to those that are looking for someone that cares about YOU and wants to have a professional that will make you feel comfortable and treat you like a princess!
