Fandango

Horrible experience. I used Fandango to buy tickets for a movie a couple of days in advance. Being the planner I am, I left my house an hour in advance of the showtime, despite it being a 20-​minute drive from my house. Sadly, there was a wreck on the freeway, which trapped me between exits, less than an mile from my home. My inability to predict traffic less than two hours from the original showtime apparently violated Fandangos policy, and they won’t even let me reschedule my showtime to a later date showing a later seat. This first time user is now a last time user, and my advice to all others is: «don’t.»

Only second time using them and second time screwed up. Checked in and our tickets were already given to someone else. How does this happen??! So frustrating!!!
