I want to WARN everybody out there NOT to use FBIT Limo service(AKA Federal Bureau of International Transportation) !! This is because not only did we have a very unpleasant experience, but we had a very dangerous one as well. These people cannot be trusted. Please read the story! We hired this company for our wedding on September 29th. They did show up on time, and the limo itself was nice, but the driver was a scary nightmare. First, I noticed that on our way to the ceremony location(about 20 miles) every time I looked up through the front windshield, we were almost touching the car in front of us. We were traveling at a very high speed the entire time. Then, the limo driver passed the turn to the ceremony spot! We told him he missed it, and he turned into a drive to turn around, and when he pulled out into the road again, a pick up truck nearly hit us! The driver just did not wait until he really had enough room to pull out into the road, and the truck had to slam on it’s breaks to not hit us. It was literally so close that all 7 of us in the limo screamed out of fear. The Even thinking about it right now, it’s a scary feeling, because it was a very close call. The community in which the ceremony was held has several speed bumps down their main drag. Once again, the limo was driving at a very fast speed, and when he hit the first speed bump one of my bridesmaids FELLOFFHERSEAT and another one HITHERHEAD on the ceiling of the limo! Here’s the kicker, the bridesmaid who fell off the seat is pregnant, and we also had another pregnant bridesmaid in the car as well. The bridesmaid who fell off the seat had pains in her stomach for probably at least fifteen minutes afterwards, perhaps more, but she didn’t tell me about it, because she didn’t want me to worry. Apparently, according to one of the bridesmaids, the limo driver was also pitching a fit about the fact I was trying to get inside before anyone saw me, and he wanted me to stop and sign the paperwork. She finally got him to let her do it! We were already a little late, and it was our wedding day, so we did not attempt to complain about the terrible, dangerous service then. We did not have a chance to speak with anyone until a couple of days later. When we told them about the service, they didn’t even care. The very rude gentlemen I spoke to said that if nobody went to the emergency room then what happened didn’t matter! Apparently the only two options are«perfectly fine» or «near death» to this company! To sum this up, do not go with this company if you expect any kind of customer service, and if you want to arrive at your destination alive, and without injury.
