BEWARE of this company!!! I do not appreciate Lindsay F. making it seem like I was not a customer of this terrible company. Believe me, I wish I hadn’t been a customer. Again, the service was terrible from the beginning, and the house was disgusting when we first moved in. I left the house cleaner when I moved out than it was when I moved in and yet they stole $ 600 dollars of my deposit.

I can’t express in words how unethical this realty group is. They literally left our family (father, expecting mother, and 4 year old son) without a home on the street. We were two weeks away from moving into a home in Plano. Jerri and her team not only accepted our offer on a home but took possession of over $ 3k worth of certified funds on this home. We secured a moving company, purchased a washer and dryer for the home and more only be told 2 weeks prior that they would like us to pay more for the home in order to keep it as our future residence. Behind the scenes she wanted to accept another offer and changed her mind about the deal we agreed upon. She was willing to go back on her agreed upon deal with us to get a few more dollars. I came home to share this news with my expecting wife and she broke down. She was so distraught that a realtor would do this to a family. Beware working with a realty group that represents money and not families and people. This group will hear from the better business bureau and the attorney general as I sent them formal complaints this morning. Jerri Gilbert, you should be ashamed of the way you do business. Never expect us to have anything positive to say about your pathetic operation.

I would avoid this company. We used them for property management prior to putting our home on the market. We felt as though we worked for them. Communication was poor. Enforcement of HOA rules and leasing agreement with our tenant was non-​existent. They are much better at excuses than anything else. Please do yourself a favor and contact another firm.

I had an issue with my property and Leigh Price (mgr) worked with me through the enitire time. She always returned my calls. (even after hours) and in my case, this is as good as customer service gets.

Beware. If you appreciate poor or no communication, coupled with lackluster service, then this is the leasing company for you! If not, take your residential patronage elsewhere.
