Forever 21

This is my favorite location and I come here for my flat butt jeans need. It’s so cheap and it fits me. The store is always clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. I feel like I come here and I stay there too long.

I give one star for how filthy the clearance section is. Really management needs to do something ASAP!!! Other than that usual F21 experience inexpensive clothes & fun accessories. Oh & per the cashier it’s always like that cause it’s a pain to clean up… hahahaha it’s your job silly

Very interesting store and they had a plus size section with limited selection. Store was clean and staff was friendly and busy folding. The dressing room was filled with cloths to go back and a little messy. Considering they were about to close.
I hate to say this but if you are not a plus size the selection is wonderful.

Generally, this store is ok for me. I find what I want with no help from employees (because they are nowhere to be seen), and I checkout and leave. However, during my last visit I put 4 items on hold, returning less than 24 hours later to only 1 of my items still on hold. I put them all on hold together and at the same time, so I am less than happy. Also, this store is so disorganized I could not find my items again and the employees did not seem to care. I am done with this location and probably all forever 21 locations because of their disorganization and lack of customer service.

An upside of Keto is losing weight. A downside of Keto is losing clothes.
I went into this Forever 21 yesterday in order to buy some new jeans. All of mine are now far too big, and F21 has the cheapest jeans available. They usually last me at least a year or two with regular wearing, but since I’ve been losing weight, my clothes don’t fit for as long. Because of that, I’m relying on good deals and cheap transitional clothing to get me through until my goal weight is near.
This store was super clean and organized — even the clearance wasn’t as overwhelming and chaotic as it usually is. The cashier wasn’t really that friendly or interactive, but I kind of expect that at Forever 21.
I was relieved to see that this Forever 21 has a plus section. I’d gone to a mall within 5 miles of this one that didn’t have a plus section, so obviously I would have been annoyed if this one didn’t either. I will say that the section is pretty limited compared to other plus sections I’ve seen at Forever 21. I’m just on the very end of being able to fit in these clothes, so it’s really disappointing to be in a spot where there are even fewer plus size clothes I can fit in and no straight sized clothes. That said, I’d really like to see them expand this section.

This store is super clean. The most functional F21 I have ever been in.
That is what I like to shop and the store is laid out so that I am not bumping into people as a I shop.
