I opened an account at Frost Bank a few months ago. So far I have been very impressed with their customer service. A live person always answers the phone at their call center and they have resolved any problems quickly. On the downside, I am being charged fees for my checking and there aren’t many locations in DFW yet.
I do recommend Frost Bank though. They are a Texas based bank. If you are fed up with the too big to fail banks like I am, Frost is a very good alternative.
A big plus with this Frost location is that Trader Joe’s is across the street. :)
