I’m happy with the treatment I get from the Dr Gajraj himself or the PA, even though sometimes he can be rude. The treatment I got has helped me a ton. The office staff is a totally different experience. The main girl upfront is good. So I started new insurance this year and i’m in the process of trying to meet my deductible. I go see Dr. Gajraj and pay in cash. I gave them my new insurance and they are suppose to be submitting it to my insurance. Its a week later now and I just wanted to make sure they did sent it, cause the girl wasn’t in on the day of my visit. I’ve called for 4 straight days and have not got a call back. No one has even picked up the phone. So I email them. I get a response and the girl barely types English correctly and didn’t understand what I asked her. It goes back and forth, then she tells me to just call my insurance. So I respond and say that their customer service has dropped this year.(2016). She emails me back and tells me not to insult her and to never use the email again. Are you kidding me! So I email back saying, I’m a customer. I pay you for services. I’m not allowed to express my opinion because i’m unhappy with my service! Unbelievable! I will have to go back to see him, but I just can’t believe how bad its gotten at that office. Maybe he shouldn’t keep accepting new patients and making it like an assembly line.

I saw the doctor for a couple years for back pain. He was never smiling, was extremely rude and abrupt with his demeanor and belittled and talked down to most of his patients in a reprimanding way. I never once abused my meds or did anything outside the law. All I wanted was relief from my pain, and the pain meds he provided me did this. But, the attitude he exuded was not one of a compassionate man. I once saw him accuse his entire waiting room of abusing their medications. He also never recommended anything to help my condition unless I brought it up(spinal stimulus, physical therapy, etc.). He should not be treating people that deal with the nightmare of having chronic pain. This is likely why his review is the lowest on the entire website. The people that left reviews here saw him one time and received benefit from injections, which any doctor can do. But, if you have chronic pain and need long term care, I suggest you find someone else. Life is too short than to have to deal with an ogre to get your treatment.

I am so thankful my Rhematologist referred me to Dr. Gajraj. I love that he is always telling me about new supplements, excercises, etc to try and help me with my condition. He sets the bar pretty high! Amazing doctor and staff! I owe my mobility to him.

Dr. Gajrag and his team at North Texas Center for Pain Mgmt are awesome! I recently saw them for treatment of my tennis elbow. He treated me with a Cortizone shot which has relieved at my pain!!! I was impressed with the individual attention the doctor gave to me– very hard to find these days! I’d highly recommend him to anyone!
