This place is awesome!!! The two associates made the whole experience awesome with warm friendly helpful service. We were looking for a family type game to spend the cold winter storm sting. We originally stopped at the location on k avenue. We left k avenue because the service was not good at all. Daniel and Charlie make this gamestop a polar opposite of the other one. We ended up getting games that we did not originally look for however the experience sold us an we ended up buying two games instead of one.

I really like this location. We always receive good service from the cashiers, and unlike some GameStop locations, these associates actually let you look around instead of bothering you every 5 seconds about some stupid promotion the company is having (seriously, GS, you have got to ease up on making your associates do that; some locations are insufferable.) They ask if you’re interested and if you are, then they’ll elaborate, but if you’re not, they shut up about it. I enjoy talking to the associates about common game interests, and they seem genuinely interested in the products. Keep up the good work, this location!

Sold me COD Ghosts and told me I needed the power up rewards membership to get the $ 10 upgrade for the Xbox One version. Didn’t bother to tell me the upgrade would come through a code on the rewards account after it was activated. So I activated the account and still no upgrade code. This company is just not worth the hassle. How about a simple transaction like I bring in the old game and my receipt and you give me the deal.
