Excellent customer service. They got started on my hard drive just minutes after I entered and worked on it for a total of 2 days. While they were not able to recover my file, they did suggest a place that could and would (except they were pricey). I still recommend Happy Computers as I know they are capable of many other things. They did not charge me at all and made suggestions of other companies that may be able to help. Thanks for trying!
