Great facility. Well run and kept. All the rental rooms come with a nice little PA. Their schedule of the rentals is organized and the bathrooms are clean. Space is cheaper than most studios around town. Staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

The Jam Station is a great local place to jam out and not bother the neighbors. Our band uses the place regularly and we’ve used several rooms including the larger performance room that allows you to emulate that«club» setting. We’ve actually rented out the place a couple of times for parties. The place is relatively clean although the bathrooms could use a little more cleaning. Staff’s usually helpful and the in room PA’s usually work pretty well.

The Jam Station. Many people who are not serious musicians(or at least change guitar strings every year probably have never heard of it. I on the other hand knew that it was there… but not exactly where. Did that make sense? The Jam Station is basically a large office building located on Avenue K north of Parker Rd. in Plano that some genius has turned into a place to practice live music. My first time there(to audition some other guys) I noticed about 50 rooms up stairs and down where you can lease space to keep your neighbors from calling the cops. Yesif you are an acoustic artist the metal heads next door make life hard, but with the added sound proofing it’s not really that bad. The guys that lease the space tell me that it is expensive($ 400/mo.), but when you take into consideration that most dudes don’t have the room or the tolerance from wives, family or neighbors ti’s probably a good thing. Bathrooms are very clean and it’s very laid back with private parking in a good part of town. I like it. Pick on brotha!
