This was the most unhurried doctor I’ve ever visited. When I walked into the office, everything was so big and grand I felt like I didn’t belong! Once I began to interact with the staff and the doctor, I felt right at home. The office is more gorgeous than I could photograph. I thought the doctor was going to be a jerk because of his TX size office and the fact that he had framed sports memorabilia everywhere. It was actually breathtaking and perhaps a Dallas sports fan’s dream office visit. Every assistant I interacted with was very personable and talked with me like they knew me. They explained my treatment and costs but we also talked about shoes, sports, hair, and Jesus! Don’t worry, they didn’t push these conversations on me but I kept asking questions so they kept smiling and engaging. Dr. Jensen’s knowledge, professionalism, and patience surprised me the most. He talked to me about all of my options and leaned against the wall as though he didn’t have a room full of other patients waiting. At no time during our lengthy, often off-topic conversation did I feel rushed. This means I got every single question out and even discovered this doctor is a Christian who will gladly and openly discuss his faith. That made my heart smile.
There is an east office and a west office but don’t misunderstand. It seems the difference is just location because you will find the same exact staff at both locations. They all work in one office one day(or week) and then they all go and work in the other office the next day(or week). I found that interesting and comforting because as a patient, you may also choose to go to either location at any time during your treatment. Overall, I had a surprisingly wonderful experience with this orthodontist and I definitely recommend this group of people to anybody reading this review.
