I went in with my girlfriend, expecting us both to have a very nice romantic experience, buying her a nice gift. One of the salesmen made several«jokes», bordering on the very rude. When we asked him if a particular item comes in gold, his response was«NO! Oh, I’m just joking, yeah it is.»(This was the response when we asked him other questions as well.) He told her that I «gave him a quarter to tease her». It was all very weird, and a bit disrespectful. I can understand that he may simply have an «odd» sense of humor, or perhaps he just isn’t very good with people. I would have let that that all slide, but: At one point he told my girlfriend that she was too skinny, and that I would like her better if she was not… Hint: Never comment on a customer’s physical appearance, unless it is positive. Even then, it is dangerous territory. This kind of behavior is especially inappropriate when the customer has just spent over $ 2,000 on jewelry. I was planning to buy our engagement ring there. Now I will not.

Had to return something there within 30 days of purchase. We were told that it should not be any problem at all when we told the sales person we are also considering another one from a different store, but when I went back, as soon as I told the person why I was there, any hint of smile was gone and it was pretty unpleasant.

I bought my engagement ring there and have had no problems. One of my family members is employed there and they treat her pretty well.

I can tell you first hand, when they were a AD Rolex Dealer, I spent over $ 100k, and made a certain female salesperson wealthy. When the Franchise was taken away by Rolex, and by now everyone knows, most of the Product was reduced to 35−40% off, Nationwide. Here’s the deal, I bought 5 watches. All High End. However, I came to find out from the Official Rolex Repair Center, that my $ 35,000 Watch was a actually a used one, that had been worn by an executive at the home office. Plus the Gold Bezel was marred. Should have been replaced under warranty. Jerad’s(after I gave them 2 Mos to make it right), told me nicely to stick it. Not our problem, we don’t carry the product anymore. Home office-Stick it. So guess what? Enter my atty. After providing proof of the fraud, I sued to rescind the entire sale. And all I had asked for was reimbursement for the $ 1600 bezel. How did it end? I returned the watch, and received a check. But at no time was an apology given. This place is high pressure, sale people have quota’s and they will put the intense pressure on you. My advice, find someone else you trust.
