I walked into the office hoping to get information on the process for purchasing a house a year in advance and ended up finding a house within 30 days! My wife and I were in between minds of resigning a lease or looking for a new home. However, we started thinking about it too late (or so we thought). We did not imagine we would be closing on a house that we loved in 30 days. Thanks to our wonderful realtor, Lourdes at Keller Williams, she was very patient, provided lots of guidance and helped to make our dream a reality. We didn’t feel pressured into selecting any particular home and after visiting several in North Dallas, Lourdes helped us tailor our search to particular neighborhoods within the areas we were interested in. Her response time is amazing! Any concerns or questions she was very knowledgeable and reassuring all throughout the process. I’m not sure when she slept to be honest. She really worked hard searching the market to find the features we were looking for in a home. Lourdes was able to work with other agents efficiently and managed several showing within an hour of sending her a list. She would coordinate our stops and had every stop well planned out to avoid going back and forth. She never said she was too busy to take us to a house. She provided her professional advice as we ventured from one place to the next and helped us to see the big picture that aligned with what we were looking for. As you can see there is not enough words to describe the experience we had working with Lourdes. I’ve already reached out to my friends who are looking for a home to contact Lourdes because they will not be disappointed. If I plan on purchasing or selling a house in the future Lourdes would be my first point of contact. Two thumbs up!
