I don’t know what Harper is complaining about. I’ve been here five years and I have no problem. Maintenance is quick and thorough. The complex is clean, quiet and has a running/​biking trail right behind it. The complex is also within walking distance of a convenience store, several restaurants, a Target and a dry cleaners. The pools are always clean even in Winter time.

I’ve lived here for 2 yrs and would def renew my lease if I planned on staying in the area. Ive lived in 2 different floor plans. The apts are older… Built in the 80’s I think… But they are so good for the value! I especially love my vaulted ceiling, it makes my 1000+ sq ft apt seem even bigger! Most people aren’t aware that they offer a 5% student discount for full time students. In both of my apts I have always liked my neighbors… We don’t really KNOW each other but we look out for each other in many small ways, and
