Cheap LAN Gaming, but extremely cheap place. Also, why don’t they have a website? I wanted to play PC games outside of the home, and they provided that. But the rest felt like this place was made for ‘only’ the friends of the owner. The front of store looks like a cluttered attic; random furniture filled with random items; and displays that do not inform you about this place or their products, or more importantly, their prices. Also the front of the store look like the front of a shady doctors office. All the activities happen in closed rooms down a hallway. You can’t see if there are any people playing games until you are in the room. I cannot imagine what Joe Schmoe thinks when getting their computer fixed here. That customer does not see any repair workshop, only a hallway. After paying the very nice price of 5 bucks an hr, I was taken to a room with non-reclining chairs and not-tall-whatsoever bench table. I’m 5’9 and my knees were regularly scraping the bottom of the table. The monitors are wall mounted, so you must adjust yourself or your seating position to view them. The spacing between each of the PC’s was tight. Think of a QuakeCon table with 3PC’s on it. I was there on a Saturday afternoon and it was 3people total there, myself, the employee(who was not at the front desk, in view of the door, but was in the PC room to play games), and 1 customer. We all sat on different sides of the room. I still got a nice whiff of someone’s BO after about 5min into playing. So either that other guy just reeks, or the ventilation is bad/cheap. I was determined to stick out my 2hrs worth of time. While in my first DOTA match, I hear a dog. I thought it must be from the nearby pet store. But no, I heard it again and at random times during my match. It was coming from one of the closed backrooms of the LEET shop. Unless it was a service dog(and the bark was too high pitched to be anything bigger than a backpack) it does not belong inside a business. After finishing a second DOTA match, I called it quits and logged out then walked out. I do not know why I expected the employee to realize I was leaving. But there were only 1 additional person that showed up during that 1hr plus. He could have tried to pitch me on coming back, or asking how my experience was. They did exactly what they said, LAN gaming. I just expect the facilities to be comfortable, welcoming, enticing me to leave my ramshackle computer room. Instead, I was wishing for my folding table, cheap reclining chair, and PC at home. Side note: how does a pc repair/gaming center, NOT have a website. I looked on their papers and brochures in the front… Not a single mention of a website. Not even on their branded van in the parking lot, is there a website. — Jonathan Hathorn

Extremely professional staff here. The cost of services is a fraction of what we used to pay to geek squad. Faster service. Great place all around. I was constantly losing files from my computer. When I would take it to best buy they would say you have some bad blacks but we fixed them– your all set. After 3 times of experiencing the same thing, best buy has adviced me to replace the memory which I did. Didn’t help at all and they would now refund me even on the work to replace the memory. Best buy said the motherboard needed to be replaced — I asked if I would get the money back if it didn’t fix the problem and the answer from bestbuy was no. So I decided to try this store. I met a very nice guy, told him the problems with my computer and he smiled. He said the problem is obviously with the hard drive and if they didn’t fix the problem they would give me the money back. They fixed the hard drive and voila I was in business. I asked him why anyone would have recommended to have the memory and motherboard replaced, he answered that it’s a question of weather the place had integrity or weather they want to make the maximum amount of money from each customer just like a mechanic. This is the only place I will ever get a computer fixed. They just rock!
